Like him, I found myself in a situation where the data initially provided did not reflect the actual costs I would have incurred if I had stayed with a plot of land. I had to contact some owners directly to obtain accurate information, as communication with the owner was impossible but very necessary to clarify important details. I appreciate the transparency and collaboration of the owners in this management, but I expected better guidance and accuracy from the real estate agency from the beginning. That said, the treatment was exquisite and very polite.

Negative experience: Omitting details in a buying and selling operation is very serious, especially if it can cause a loss of almost €100,000 to the buyer. This is what almost cost me the joke because of Óscar's actions, who, knowing perfectly well the details and encumbrances of the property for sale, deliberately omitted them for his own benefit. It is extremely serious for a professional to do this and it is more than reportable. Thankfully, we sensed his stale treatment and false kindness, which upon a little investigation revealed the reality of the property for sale that everyone in the nearby area already knew. It's very concerning that this could have happened to us or could happen to any other client. Juan José, in response to your reply, I clarify more because I believe I should have done so at the beginning. It is not about simple notes or anything similar; it is about providing false data and omitting information since it cannot be said that there is an extra budget of around €100,000 for civil works when in reality it is around €400,000, and omitting that there is also a significant extra expense for the Town Hall seems to be of disastrous professionalism. If my father had fallen into your trap, we would be in a ruinous situation for trusting in, I don’t even know how to qualify your real estate agency.
