Negative experience: If you are going to buy a property from this real estate agency, make sure to check everything well because they are dedicated to doing a poor job and putting cardboard furniture in place to cover up the defects, thus making the apartment as visually pleasant as possible. In my case, in the apartment we bought from them, they advised the owner to use cheap paint to save a few miserable euros. I don’t know if you know what that kind of paint is and what it means to remove it, but I assure you that it's quite laborious and the apartment ends up a disaster after removing it. You have to be really careless and stingy to paint an apartment with that cheap paint when there are so many affordable paints available today. Be careful also when changing the water bill holder, as you have to settle the unpaid bills of the previous owner to make the change, and then they will refuse to reimburse you. In short, it seems that today anything goes to sell at all costs and at the highest price.
