Fantastic experience: Very professional treatment, all the apartments I have rented have been with him, easy-going and good people, highly recommended 100%

Negative experience: I haven't seen a worse real estate agency than this one. I'm specifically talking about Francisco, who at first was super nice and very pleasant. There was a rush to give the deposit for the apartment, and in the end, I was left without an apartment because it was already reserved, and I almost lost my deposit too. To make matters worse, I found out that the apartment was rented by a third person completely unrelated to me, and right in the middle of exam season. They keep you hanging, and if they know your phone number, they won't answer it; you have to call from a number they don't have saved. I wouldn't wish this real estate agency on my worst enemy.

Negative experience: Be very careful with this real estate agency!!!! There is a guy named Francisco who will trick you. He showed the apartment to my daughter and her friend, she liked it, and the next day I gave him the deposit; up to that point everything was perfect. Day in and day out I told him to send me the deposit contract. From May 23 to June 13, he didn't send me a paper which had no validity. On June 12, I told him that we should please draw up the lease for the apartment, and he politely said yes, that as soon as the owner contacted him, we would do it. What was the surprise when my daughter was in a WhatsApp group looking for a third roommate, and saw that a girl was looking for another girl for an apartment just like my daughter's, meaning the one for which we had already given the deposit. This guy's solution for us was apartments that are inferior to the one for which we had given the deposit, and I told him to return the deposit. We spent a lot of time and had to travel to Granada to go to his agency to get our money back, and it cost us a fortune. Please don't do anything with this guy, he is a scammer.

Negative experience: A very informal real estate agency, especially Mr. Francisco, who after sending him the money for the reservation of an apartment he showed us, about a month after our reservation, goes and rents it to other people, and we found out by chance, since he knew nothing according to what he says, and we have had a hard time getting our money back, as he left us without an apartment. Don’t trust this man, he is very unprofessional to say the least. DO NOT TRUST TOO MUCH.

Negative experience: They take ages all the time, and in the end, they don't show you the apartment. I don't understand how the owners let this real estate agency manage the apartment; they don't know how to manage, they're inept.

Negative experience: I had an apartment listed on Idealista, they contacted me and told me they had a lady interested, who was solvent and trustworthy. I rented the apartment to that lady and by the second month she stopped paying. She has destroyed the apartment. I had to throw away all the furniture, she left everything full of garbage... I call them and they don't even answer the phone. They have brought me to ruin with their greed for making more money...

Negative experience: The service leaves a lot to be desired. Rosa showed us the apartment with very nice words. Once you hand over the money, she disconnects; we called all the tenants and mothers and she either doesn't answer us or makes excuses. It took a month to send a contract, which had to be modified several times due to her mistakes after we insisted several times. We do not recommend this real estate agency at all; it is better to look for a private owner first. This lady is very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it at all, it's better to look for a private person than to pay this real estate agency for doing absolutely NOTHING. €700 that my colleagues and I paid for incompetent service. You might call 5 times in one day and they won't pick up. Maybe they call you the next day or text you, but still, you won't solve much; they keep giving you the runaround.

Fantastic experience: Thank you very much to the entire team at Hispán real estate, especially to Fran and Rosa for making it so easy and quick for us to find a rental in Granada. We recommend them 100%.

Negative experience: They are incompetent and keep making excuses, and Rosa is incompetent; she has no words.

Negative experience: After sending several messages, they do not attend to you. Calling them is an odyssey to get a response. They also tell you that the apartment they advertise is already rented. They are incompetent; they have properties to attract you, and then they want to rent other ones in different areas that have nothing to do with the one you got information about. I do not recommend them at all; it's total deception.

Negative experience: I had never experienced anything like this before, they keep stalling, I honestly don't quite understand the reasons. I've tried calling from different phones, with friends, and it's exactly the same: they keep stalling and the apartment still isn’t rented out. I will report this to the relevant authorities and consumer protection. The people who are looking to rent are suffering constant abuses from real estate agencies, and I believe the intention is to control prices and supply instead of providing service.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Rosa leaves a lot to be desired. I call my daughter for an apartment and she keeps stalling, saying 'I'll call you back and send you photos,' yet nothing happens. I call her again and it’s embarrassing, one excuse after another. After four days, we are left without an apartment. Poor management leaves a lot to be desired; I do not recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Magnífica gestión, transparencia, asesoramiento y sobre todo humanidad por parte de sus integrantes en especial a doña Rosa.

Negative experience: La atencion Al cliente es nula, muy mal trato, pregunte por UN piso, me enseñaron 3 mas que no tenian nada de similar con El que yo queria, Les dije que queria reservar el Piso por El que yo preguntaba, me pidieron toda mi documentacion incluida nomina de trabajo con todos los datos personal es y luego desaparecieron sin dejar rastro, sin responder ni si quiera que El Piso ya habia sido alquilado ni nada, muy mala inmobiliaria, no la recomiendo a nadie

Negative experience: De vergüenza el servicio de está inmobiliaria... Aún sigo esperando a que me llame Rosa para todos los pisos por los que la llamé. Ya cada vez que veo un piso publicado y veo que lo lleva Rosa, ni me molesto en llamar.

Negative experience: Nunca contestan a las llamadas da igual que llames a las 10 de la mañana que a las 18h de la tarde. Cuando después de 20 llamadas perdidas consigues que te cojan el teléfono para preguntar por un piso te dice que ya te llamarán y puedes esperar sentado porque de pie te cansas ya que no lo van a hacer. Pésimo servicio.

Negative experience: Como dicen en otros comentarios se dedican a poner anuncios de pisos buenos ya alquilados para que llames y te intenten vender otros muy malos que nadie quiere.

Negative experience: Los pisos tan bonitos que tienen en su web(y son muchos) los tienen todos alquilados, son para q llames y luego te intenten colar el piso más cutre y feo y encima de mala gana. No recomiendo para nada.

Negative experience: Una Inmobiliaria muy poco profesional, no se amoldan a tu situación, le pides una cosa y ellos te buscan otra, quedar en llamarme para enseñarme mas pisos y todavia sigo esperando, si llega a ser por ellos sigo en la calle.

Negative experience: Intenté alquilar mi piso con ellos y no le pusieron ningún esfuerzo. No me contestaron los mensajes, las llamadas, ¡ni siquiera pusieron el piso en la web después de dos meses insistiendo! No la recomiendo para nada.

Negative experience: Creo que los pisos que aparecen en su agencia son pisos gancho....es decir, que no existen! Así puedes caer en contactar con ellos y luego te enseñan lo que les da la gana...y poco más que añadir a los comentarios anteriores. No hagáis perder el tiempo más

Negative experience: No tienen ni idea de atención al cliente. Son maleducados en el trato, no tienen ningún control sobre los pisos que tienen publicados en su web (no saben si están disponibles, muchos de ellos están alquilados y los siguen publicitando...) y prometen llamarte para informarte sobre cosas que le has preguntado sobre alguno de sus pisos ( y que deberían saber) y evidentemente....nunca llaman.

Negative experience: 1º no saben si los pisos que alquilan están o no disponibles, tienen un total descontrol. 2º prometen en llamarte para enseñarte más pisos en mejores condiciones y nada, es la ley del más rápido. Buscan el vender rápido y ya te pueden vender hasta el peor piso de granada y te lo pintan como precioso. No lo aconsejo.

Negative experience: Totalmente de acuerdo con las anteriores reseñas. Con respecto a la atención al cliente...a ver como lo digo...PÉ-SI-MA. El control de los pisos que tienen publicitados en su web....SORPRESA! aún estando publicitados...están alquilados! Y ya, el remate final, es cuando publicitan en otras webs pisos disponibles y ocurre que: o están alquilados(algo bastante normal en su gestión) o lo más fuerte de todo, que pese a aparecer su numero de telefono en la forma de contacto...no tienen ni idea a que piso se refiere el anuncio. En fín...yo me he decidido y simplemente por la mala gestión y la negación a una evidencia física que pretendo presentar en la OCU (con nombre y apellidos)... voy a poner una hoja de reclamaciones en cuanto llegue a Granada. Basta ya de las malas gestiones y de gente incompetente.
