When Luis arrived, we had to leave in 30 seconds because of his excuses. I imagine he was having a bad day and took it out on his client, but it's unacceptable.

Negative experience: Be careful with this real estate agency... The worst experience I have ever had with a real estate agency in my life, and believe me, I have dealt with quite a few. I contacted them to put a ground floor for sale, and the agent assigned to me (Nacho) took over a month to publish my ad on their platforms and get to work on my property, even after I had been trying to contact him via WhatsApp and phone for weeks WITHOUT A RESPONSE. When they finally decided to post my ad, I had to beg him to please put a 'for sale' sign on the property (which is just putting up a plastic sign, but I can't do it because I live outside Granada now), and the agent told me that yes, he would have it up the next day. Almost 3 weeks go by, and not only is the sign not up, but I also try to contact my agent and he doesn't answer calls or WhatsApps (I think he has blocked me), and when I called the main real estate office to see what was going on, they hung up on me. Now I can't even contact them to GET MY KEY BACK FOR MY PROPERTY... It's even something worth reporting. I recommend you go to any other real estate agency in Granada, as they use the same shared listing portal (all real estate agencies upload their ads to the same platforms and share client portfolios) and besides, all of them take the same commission by agreement, but at least you will be free from the shady practices of this agency and from not getting back the key to your property.
