Negative experience: Bad agency, they require 2 months of security deposit to move into an apartment plus agency fees, which is not legal (LAU)

Negative experience: Shameful, the landlord Mercedes took all the money she could for her new renovation, nobody paid attention during the whole past year to the various damages that were already in the apartment, both the real estate agency and the landlord only wanted money. To show the apartment even when we weren't there or publishing the phone number of other tenants (without authorization) if they were available but to come and fix damages, or answer our questions they were never available. We have been scammed. If you are thinking of doing anything with this real estate agency or with that landlord, I ask you to save yourself the disappointment. Under no circumstances should you do it. Negative experience: I can't give 0 stars because it's not possible. Firstly, the real estate agency had no communication with the landlady, as each of them told us different things, leaving us in the air several times. On the other hand, they do not respect the privacy of the tenants at all; in our case, they disclosed personal information (phone numbers) so that we would do THEIR job managing the visits. Lastly, they also entered without permission to show the apartment to visitors, which wouldn't have been a problem if we had been notified in advance and they hadn't just barged in. In summary, if you want to have a comfortable year, do not count on this real estate agency, and I also won't blame the landlady here because it's not the agency's fault, but both are terrible.

Negative experience: Don't even think about renting from this real estate agency. First, they don't keep the appointment time and forget that they had an arrangement with you, then they can't reach an agreement with the owner and you have to go after both them and the owner at the same time. Later, if they want to show the apartment to other students, they show up without notice and even when there are no tenants in the apartment. Moreover, they have been sharing my roommate's phone number with other interested people so that she can show them the apartment instead of the agency doing its job. We have had problems with the landlady and the agency has not intervened at any point during the course, they have only been there to collect the money. Regarding the apartment, I rented a room on Méndez Núñez in front of Plaza Einstein. The agency and the landlady should be ashamed to deliver an apartment that was supposedly perfectly equipped like a pigsty and with broken things before we lived in it, for which we were charged as damages. After leaving the apartment much cleaner than we found it, we have had to spend weeks following up with the landlady to get our deposit back, and on top of that, she took a lot of money from us for supposed damages and stains that we did not leave without being able to claim, since neither the landlady nor the agency ever tried to listen to us. So you get an idea of what kind of people the agency and the people they work with are, be very careful.

Negative experience: Without a doubt the worst experience of my life. I don’t give 0 stars because I can’t. They are thieves, incompetent, unprofessional, and shameless. They only focus on taking your money and do absolutely nothing for the tenants, in addition to not fulfilling the contract and passing on tenants' personal data without permission. They did not care at any moment about us. I also want to express my outrage towards Mercedes, an apartment on Méndez Núñez, which is super damaged and at the end of the stay, they blame you for damages that you didn’t even know were in the apartment. They made us pay for the entire renovation of the apartment and for the cleaner of their construction, saying that we left the apartment dirty when we literally left it much better than we received it (it was full of construction dust, broken glass, broken curtains...) I certainly DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Terrible service. They never wanted to answer the phone at any time (I asked twice at different times, and they didn't give me the option to speak on the phone later or anything). Very informal treatment, they smell like scammers to me, I neither confirm nor deny because I prefer not to find out since the bad feeling it has given me, I will not approach them. I have contacted Felicidad and César, they are not professionals, they ask questions I have already answered, they keep stalling, etc.

Negative experience: A bunch of unscrupulous scammers. Starting from 940€ for two people in a tiny room, we needed an apartment urgently to start the school year, so off we went. We had to pay the real estate agency fees of 810€ and the rent was 810€, the rest was for the electricity bill of 130€ every month. I have been requesting the water and electricity bills all year and they haven't provided a single one. They delivered the apartment dirty and full of cockroaches. I HAVE PHOTOS and VIDEO OF EVERYTHING. During the issues that arose throughout the year in the apartment (it's a very old place they've just given a facelift), tiles fell down at 2 am, there were water escapes, and the sink was giving us electric shocks, etc. When my roommate and I moved out, we cleaned up to avoid losing the 810€ deposit… but it turns out we didn't clean behind the fridge or dust a lamp!! It doesn't matter what you tell them, they take advantage of you and want to keep your money. We were told that the cleaner had been there for two days… that when she finished, she would let us know how much we would get back, and now it’s already August 16th! A bunch of shameless people, and this will not be left like this.

Negative experience: Scammers, they don't return the deposit, they don't help with the landlords to fix anything, and they try to scam by raising prices and not paying attention to the customers.

Positive experience: Good price for the beer but the snacks could be improved. The Ecuadorian cook was very friendly with us but the Dominican waiter had a regular smell.

Negative experience: Last year I rented a room in a shared apartment with 3 other students through the agency GranaCasa. As agreed, before I left, I left my room clean and tidy. A day before I left, a roommate of mine stained the countertop of the kitchen by burning it, placing the coffee pot on the counter. César, the manager of the agency, coming to check that my room was in order, saw it and rightly told me that until it was known who was responsible he wouldn’t give me back my deposit. The tenant responsible confessed that he did it, but I never got my deposit back, as well as to any of my tenants. In addition, in order not to give us back the deposits, other excuses have come up, such as stains in the microwave and bathroom left dirty. Generally the final general cleaning of an apartment are charged to the owner, and as regard the microwave, it worked and eventually it was possible to buy it again and split the cost between us tenants. César and the owner of the apartment never provided us with bills for the repair costs of the kitchen top, the new microwave and the general cleaning of the apartment (which would not be up to us tenants). Probably the total cost of these works, if they had actually been made, would not have exceeded the figure of 4 total deposits from over 1000€. We waited hoping for a deal, but our deposits were never refunded and we don’t know if with our deposit money the works were done in the apartment. I strongly advise against renting rooms from this agency, because they take advantage of the students and the owner César tries to turn around the chores in order to hold back the deposits and not return them back.

Positive experience: Everything was perfect, we are very happy with the professionalism of the agency.

Negative experience: SCAMMER!!! On several occasions, he has rented my apartment and I have always had problems. Mr. César lied about the situation of some tenants with the sole intention of renting the apartment and collecting the commission. The result of his management has been deceiving three families. Lying to all those affected. And this is the second time he has charged them for his poor management. I do not recommend making any deals with this person. He will not take responsibility for any problems caused by himself and will try to deceive you to charge and then disassociate himself. The contracts he drafts make no sense and he does not know the subject. Please do not hire his services; this man should not continue to deceive people. He lies in all his reviews saying he does not know the person, and his friends write the positive reviews. Please do not trust him... he has many complaints, even protests in front of his office.

Positive experience: Even if it is not the agency with the best way of operating, it does not deserve such negative comments. The staff is kind, entry and exit are done without an inventory which is a bit disturbing but not abusive, the agency remains attentive. A good agency with an ordinary service.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment from this real estate agency that they had posted on their website, which had a series of photos, of which only the bedroom corresponded to reality. Moreover, these photos were belongings of the previous tenants: A 'cherlon' sofa appeared, which the owner replaced with a two-seater, there was a dining table that wasn't there later, and two TVs, but none were available at all, all from the former tenant. Besides, the ad said there was a microwave, which the owner claimed they had never had, and parquet flooring, which wasn't the case as it was marble (it wasn't well represented in the photos, so I assumed there was parquet flooring), two bedrooms, and it turned out that one of them only had the bed base without a mattress, and the owner asked me if I wanted it because if not, she would throw it away... Just imagine how it was. To all this, add that when I arrived, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned from the previous tenants according to the owner, because she didn’t have time, and it was supposed to be taken care of by this company. I made the reservation completely by phone due to work reasons and couldn't visit the apartment in person, but they assured me that the apartment was perfect. I did everything through a real estate agency to avoid all these problems; however, they turned a deaf ear to my complaints and told me that if I didn’t like the apartment it was my problem, their work and management were already done. What a job that doesn’t even ensure that everything complies with the ad. I ended up sleeping in a hotel and without an apartment. I am going to report them to the OCU for fraud. I recommend you go to another real estate agency; these don't even deserve a good morning, I hope no one else gets scammed.

They don't answer the phone, and they returned my call almost as a favor and as an exception because they said that if you don't answer the phone at the moment they call, they won't call back. I mean, they don't answer the phone and even hang up on you, but you have to have your mobile operational 24 hours for them, right? When I manage to talk on the phone with one of the employees, I explain that the only requirement is that pets are allowed, which I had been looking for a long time and had no luck. Two hours later, César starts sending me links to apartments where pets are not allowed; I mention this to him, and he says that nobody had told him this (which makes me doubt how that employee got the information...). This doesn't end here; when I spoke with this employee by mobile, I was asking about a specific apartment, and she told me that it was being handled by someone named Raquel who only worked in the afternoons. Initially, she said she would contact me via WhatsApp that same afternoon, then by the following morning, and it was actually two days later when she messaged me on WhatsApp. Also, when Raquel messaged me, she started sending me apartments where animals were not allowed, and when I asked her about the apartment I had seen, she said that was César's and that she didn't know the other employee who would be a new addition (when over the phone, her colleague told me that the system they use, so 'cutting-edge,' has been implemented for several years now). Already tired, and since I had seen reviews from other users, I told her that I don't understand their work system, that the information is poorly transmitted among the workers and that seeing the reviews makes you distrust this service even more. I don't know with just one requirement I was looking for, each person who contacted me supposedly wasn't aware that I needed them to allow pets. Not happy at all with this real estate agency, and lucky that I didn't trust them at all. They boasted that they had 8-10 apartments where pets were allowed, and it was clearly all false.

I rented an apartment through their agency and in some things they did very well but in others (which interest them less) they are quite tangled. Negative experience: Una delle peggiori esperienze di tutta la mia vita. Sono stato uno studente Erasmus a Granada, trovai casa da solo tramite un annuncio, casa a calle lavadero de las tablas, che si appoggiava a questa agenzia. Le proprietarie, due sorelle che abitano in un paesino vicino Granada, non sono mai state disponibili nè cortesi con noi inquilini, tutti e tre studenti italiani. La prima settimana ci vollero far pagare l' idraulico a causa della lavatrice che non funzionava già dal primo giorno. Dopo mesi infernali, dopo aver passato l' inverno senza riscaldamento (senza che si siano mai degnati di farlo aggiustare) e dopo discussioni continue in cui la agenzia non fece altro che prendere irragionevolmente sempre e solo le difese delle proprietarie di casa, decisi di andarmene. Durante la perlustrazione dello stato di fatto della casa le proprietarie decisero di non volermi dare indietro la caparra a causa di un piccolo buco in un armadio . Decidemmo così, con firma e controfirma, che avrei sostituito l' armadio con uno nuovo; una volta avvenuta questa sostituzione mi avrebbero restituito i soldi della caparra. Così comprai un armadio nuovo, lo portai fino al terzo piano, e quando le casere videro l' armadio nuovo mi scrissero di volermi denunciare per furto del vecchio armadio. Ovviamente l' agenzia anche questa volta prese le parti delle proprietarie e persi così più di 200€. Spero possano chiudere il prima possibile, e spero che gli inetti che lavorano in questo luogo finiscano per strada alla ricerca di un vero lavoro che si addice alle loro competenze, sempre che ne abbiano. Diffidate da questi incapaci.

Negative experience: Llamas mas de 20 veces todos los dias y te cuelgan. Te contestan por whatsapp y luego cuando contestas no responden. Al cabo de los dias te responden diciendo que ya quieren ver mas gente el piso, cuando ni siquiera se molestan en coger el telefono. Es indignante las ganas de trabajar que tienen. Si dicen de responder es a las 22.00 de la noche sin resolver ninguna pregunta.

Negative experience: En el intervalo de un mes, tanto mi pareja como yo, nos comunicamos con esta inmobiliaria. Mi pareja escribió interesada en 2 viviendas. La atendió un tal Cesar. Le mando un enlace con viviendas, que cuantas personas seríamos, a que nos dedicamos, y cuando le dijo el tipo de contrato ya no volvió a responderle a los mensajes. A la semana lo hice yo, y exactamente lo mismo. Me respondía al momento siempre, pero cuando le dije nuestra profesión y cuando podríamos ver alguna de las viviendas, ya se hizo el silencio. Eso fue el 30 de mayo y aun sigo esperando que se digne a decir algo. Me parece de muy poco profesional y si por lo que sea no somos candidatos, cosa que no entendería, ya que solo se ha hablado por WhatsApp y no nos hemos visto personalmente, al menos podría decirnos que no. En definitiva, para mi es de ser un impresentable

Llevo días intentando contactar para ver una vivienda en la que tengo interés en comprar. Nadie me atiende, nadie me responde, me cuelgan las llamadas... Desde Almería me dan el tlf de una tal Felicidad, no coge el tlf, no responde WhatsApp, no responde email. Así pretenden vender? Espero que los propietarios hagan lo propio y se lleven sus propiedades a una inmobiliaria sería, desde luego esta, no lo es

Fantastic experience: I went to many agencies in Granada to help me find studios/rooms but my experience was so bad with all of them except Granacasa, other agencies know little to no english and if there's no studio/room available they will tell you that they will contact you if they find anything, but they never do unless you go back to their office, however in Granacasa they're really amazing, they care about you and actually contact you back whenever there's a new studio/room in the location and price you wanted, César was the one who's helping me the entire time, he's very friendly and works hard, he's been helping me for a full week, whenever there's a new studio/room available he contacts me directly unlike other agencies that doesn't care about you, also I tried looking for studios/rooms without an agency but whenever they know that I'm foreign (Jordanian) they refuse to let me rent, that's why I went with an agency to help me get a home, and without César and Granacasa probably I would still be stuck in hotels till now, so from my experience I would totally recommend Granacasa over other agencies especially if you're foreign and don't know Spanish

Negative experience: He ido a ver un piso y no tenía nada que ver con las fotos. Además había quedado en unas condiciones y al poco las cambiaron. Me he llevado una gran decepción.

Negative experience: Fatal: me dieron vez un día a las 16:00 para ver un piso, y al llegar allí después de media hora de caminata al sol, me dijeron que la visita era el día siguiente, que se les había pasado avisarme. Que las inmobiliarias son unos parásitos intermediarios es algo sabido, pero podían, por lo menos, fingir que hacen su trabajo con un mínimo de atención.

Negative experience: TIMADORES! MUCHO CUIDADO! Me desplazaba a Granada para hacer un master y como venia de lejos me persuadieron de alquilar un piso solo con fotos. Hago la reserva y cuando llego nada que ver con lo que me habian enseñado estaba todo hecho un autentico desastre y era inhabitable al 100%. Cuando les pido la devolucion de la reserva me dicen que ellos han hecho su trabajo!!!! Cual, estafar? En fin, mucho cuidado con Cesar que fue quien llevo la reserva. Aun que por lo que creo es el jefe, con lo que el resto serán igual o peores.

Negative experience: Un servicio bastante indeseable. Encima compruebo con disgusto como intentan persuadir que los clientes se expresen con libertad en estas reseñas con amenazas judiciales. Soy de un pueblo de la provincia de Granada y buscaba un piso para este cuatrimestre en la capital. Conozco ya algunos inmuebles en el centro y me alejé directamente de los servicios de esta inmobiliaria al ver cómo me intentaban ofrecer pisos en alquiler que son un desastre. ¡Esta no es la forma de llevar un negocio!

Negative experience: Como han señalado varias personas ya por aquí, es cierto que los pisos que cuelgan en internet después nunca están disponibles cuando llamas y te ofrecen otros mucho peores, más caros o en otra zona. Increíble leer las respuestas a usuarios que da esta empresa, amenazando con denunciar. Agradecidos deberían estar, que se quedan con nuestro dinero solo por colgar un anuncio en idealista. Si así procede Granacasa con sus potenciales clientes, no me quiero imaginar cómo tratarán a sus empleados. No pienso volver a contestar a un anuncio donde aparezca el nombre de esta empresa.

Fantastic experience: Hola, he tenido la oportunidad de conocer al equipo de GranaCasa, he visto comentarios en esta plataforma que no tiene ni pies ni cabeza a lo que hemos trabajado día a día con Cesar y su inmobiliaria. Entiendo que hay personas que son difícil de satisfacer y otras que simplemente lo hacen por maldad. pero si hay algo que es de cierto, es que una inmobiliaria tan familiar como esta, no os vais a conseguir. Los recomiendo 1000% ... que las malas intenciones no dañen la reputación de quien se ha currado su trabajo por tanto tiempo.
