Negative experience: Taking you on the 'ride' to Lachar and the salesperson not bringing the house keys... Leaves a lot to be desired in terms of professionalism. Also, I asked if the houses were delivered with a kitchen and sanitary facilities, and they couldn't answer that either. Typical real estate agency that gives you post-purchase problems.

Fantastic experience: I bought a house in Granada remotely, from the United States. I had only seen photos, never visited the house or the city. So I had to rely 100% on my realtor, Ana, to give me a detailed tour. I had to ask millions of questions, not only about the house but also about the process for a foreigner to buy a home in Spain. In short, it was not an easy process. Ana was my eyes and ears when inspecting the home via videocall, and she was my amazing guide throughout the buying process. She knew how to answer all my questions, even gave me tips on opening a bank account in Spain! She was extremely patient (it takes time for a foreigner to get all the papers, authorizations, signatures from the consulate, etc.), always polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly. From the beginning to the end, I knew that she was on my side and was looking out for my best interest, she wasn't just trying to make a sale, she really wanted to make sure I would be happy with the home. I could not be happier and more satisfied with the service I received from Ana and NOVO group. When I finally went to Granada and met Ana, I realized she was even nicer in person. I now consider her a friend. As to the house, it is dreamy.

Sergio y Francisco se encargaron de todo: de la negociación con los dueños (me consiguieron un buen precio) y de los trámites a realizar, manteniendome al corriente con amabilidad y buen trato en todo momento. Negative experience: Trato de pena, nos han hecho venir a granada para enseñarnos un piso y a ultima hora no nos lo han enseñado, han rechazado compañeras de piso por no ser cercanas y después de todo nos han dejado sin piso a 6 dias de empezar las clases. No la recomiendo para nada, un mes con el mismo piso para ahora buscarnos la vida.
