Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give less. It's been almost a month since I bought an apartment from Sareb where the gentlemen from Fincahabitat act as intermediaries. In their purchase, they provided us with some bulletins stating that electricity 'is not contractable' and gas has no bulletin nor do they do anything to obtain it. So, we find ourselves with an apartment that we cannot move into because there is no way to get the utilities set up. I hope our dreadful experience serves so that no one else goes through this.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and above all, untrustworthy. I have been calling for over a month and a half because I am interested in one of the houses that they have listed, and every time I call, they tell me they will get in touch, I have called about 6 times and each time they say the same thing. They do not deserve any commission FOR ANYTHING, you are shameful!!!!! I hope the owners of those properties realize how unprofessional you are.

Negative experience: No hi ha manera de contactar-los. Posen els anuncis i es desentenen. Tampoc se'n cuiden de les propietats, permetent que siguin ocupades precàriament.
