Negative experience: They are terrible. I was a tenant in an apartment from this real estate company for 3 years. When I returned the apartment, I returned it painted and very clean. Almost 2 months have passed, and they haven't told me anything about the return of the deposit. Moreover, when I moved into the apartment, they charged me a bill that I shouldn't have paid because it belonged to the previous tenant, and Mrs. Dolores told me that when I left the apartment, she would return it to me, and to this day, they just leave me on read. They have very poor management.

She is somewhat manipulative with her words, both with clients and by changing a word from one day to the next to manage things one way, and the next day saying to do it another way, when it had already been done the first way she said. More professionalism is needed to keep her word in the first place.

Negative experience: Poor communication in customer service and fairly deficient management.

Negative experience: Bad from the beginning. They rented us an apartment that was delivered dirty, unfixed, and full of hair from the previous tenant. They said they would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. During the contract period, the owner passed away, and no one notified us; we received a burofax later with information about the new owners. Finally, we facilitated the sale of the apartment by allowing them to conduct visits while they told me they would respect the contract duration already discussed with the future buyer, while at the same time they told him that we would leave the apartment as soon as he bought it. Once he provided the money for the reservation, they told him that if he wanted us to leave, he had to take care of it himself. Once the sale was finalized, we were thrown out. They told us they would come for the key handover and that we wouldn’t have to cross paths with the owner and there wouldn't be any issues with the deposit, but no one from the real estate agency showed up, nor did they answer the phone. As a company, they leave much to be desired, but as people even more.
