In this case, we do not manage the property, so it is the owner who must respond. Regarding the increase, you forget to mention that you are paying a very low rent of €350, when it was initially €360 and the agency negotiated the price for you.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment two years ago and I am having problem after problem. They delivered the apartment super dirty, full of beach sand and various dirt. Soon after, the bathroom sink broke, it started leaking water, then a clog in the bathroom, and soon many portholes burned out. Now, my washing machine doesn't work, nor does the air pump, a lamp has burned out, the fridge leaks water and creates humidity… it's frustrating and when I called them back then, they told me that I had to solve all these issues with the landlord, who comes and makes patch jobs that don't last even a month. Moreover, to make matters worse, my landlord called me a few weeks ago to tell me that he wants to raise the rent by 65€ (which is totally illegal). I find the way they washed their hands very unprofessional, zero empathy, I feel 100% scammed. I do not recommend any dealings with this real estate agency at all.
