Negative experience: IMPORTANT, BE VERY CAREFUL, READ WELL: Real estate agency of dubious reliability, bad manners, and zero seriousness. We saw a property for purchase that we agreed on. It took a week to provide the documentation we requested and pressured us to set a signing date for the purchase the next day, without giving us time to verify the legality of the operation or the purchase contract, besides requiring a €20,000 deposit. The purchase contract had errors, the documentation was partially erased, documents were missing and were unclear, a simple note that was 3 months old, a plan without dimensions, debts that did not appear and which were not clarified to us... He started treating us poorly for wanting to check the documentation and for asking for more information about the property and the purchase contract. He did not allow us to see the property again, which was full of junk, boxes, and bags from the seller and could not be seen well (we only did a 20-minute visit) nor the storage room that he had not shown us. He did not know the actual condition of the facilities nor did he want to inform us, he did not care. He began to say that we did not trust him repeatedly, in a rude manner, and wanted us to sign without checking anything, saying that there were other buyers who offered more money when we had accepted the price without negotiating anything... Indeed, he created distrust. The property had about €6,000 in charges according to what we were able to find out, and debts since at least 2016, but we could not ensure that these were the only charges. The city council and a trusted management advised us not to sign the purchase contract due to the dubious seriousness and lack of legal security of the real estate agency. If we pay the 10% they demanded in the purchase contract and on the day of signing at the notary the seller has not paid the debts, the property could not be sold, and we would have to start with lawsuits, besides being claimed for the seller's debts. The disgraceful real estate agent only wins, takes no risks, and we would spend years trying to recover the money and without a property. We do not know if we have lost the opportunity to buy a property or if we have escaped a possible fraud. So, examine carefully what you deal with this real estate agency. Do not let yourself be pressured by the seller, their manners, and their lack of professionalism. I can assure you that one of the partners is disgraceful, has very little respect, zero professionalism, bad manners, and bad education. If you are a buyer, be very careful with this 'real estate agency,' if you are a seller, think twice before putting your property up for sale here.

Negative experience: Zero professionalism. Be careful. I wanted to buy an apartment that we visited. He scheduled us to meet the following week at the Generali Seguros office (there's no signage for a real estate agency or visible listings for sale). He arrived late and we received terrible treatment. The apartment had several significant debts and needed a complete renovation, so we said we needed to know everything well, including the condition of the electrical installations, plumbing, etc. He told us that the next day we had to give him a date for the signing of the sale contract while providing 10% of the price. He asked us several times if we didn't believe him, feeling offended that I wanted to ensure the documents he gave me were correct. He even told us, and insisted, that we should not buy it. I asked for a second visit to make sure, and to see the storage room and the attic, as he did not show them to us and he refused. He said there were several buyers on the waiting list and one of them offered him more money than it was on sale for. We felt such pressure and distrust that we changed our minds about wanting to buy it. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY.

Negative experience: Contacte con ellos por un piso en alquiler para hacer una visita, no te devuelven la llamada y si te cogen te dan largas para luego desentenderse sin dar ninguna explicacion. Poco profesionles, por lo menos la presona que me atendio, un cero como una catedral.

Negative experience: Es de vergüenza, 0 profesionalidad, No tiene palabra. Desaconsejo totalmente el trato con esta inmobiliaria, ya que al principio se me dijo que sí me alquilaría un piso a 650€, entregué los papeles necesarios y a los pocos días cambió de idea, con la escusa de que una conocida suya quiere el piso, y que lo va a ver en caso que le guste se lo queda y en caso de que no, pues me lo alquila. Yo era la primera y me quedé como la última. Es de vergüenza.
