Negative experience: I give it one star because I can't give less. Very unprofessional people. I've been trying for months to get a flat they have advertised, both on Fotocasa and Idealista. I've tried to contact them and on several occasions they don't answer the phone, and on one of those occasions a lady told me that her colleague was handling it and they would call me in an hour... I've been waiting for a week and still nothing. A shame on their part and little professionalism. I’m not surprised at all seeing previous comments...

Negative experience: Maria Dolores has been requested to contact me regarding a viewing of a property via Idealista on numerous occasions, and calls were also made to the office with no reply,or the phone being put down. Unprofessional I would never use them again .appalling service

Negative experience: Terrible choice for a purchase/sale! From the beginning, they hid information from us, you sign the visit sheet and they don't send it or explain the fine print; they are not up to date, they are expensive, have horrible customer service, and a lawyer who didn't resolve any of our questions; I would never come back to this real estate agency in my life...

Negative experience: Trato nefasto, nos engañaron con un piso, diciendonos que el piso estaba ya alquilado, siendo FALSO, ya que 2 semanas después volvimos a ir a verlo y seguir sin alquilarse. Y nos cambiaron las versiones constantemente, la ultima que la dueña solo quiere funcionarios , algo que no pone en el anuncio. Son un impresentables y van con mentiras, inventando cosas. Por no decir que DISCRIMINAN A LAS PERSONAS. NO RECURRAIS A ESTA INMOBILIARIA, ¡¡IMPRESENTABLES!!
