Negative experience: Pues lamento decir que son poco profesionales y aún menos fiables. En mi caso particular, los cité para que visitaran mi casa al objeto de que la incorporaran en su cartera de venta. No solo me realizaron una tasación muy a la baja (práctica habitual de muchas inmobiliarias con el objeto de acelerar la venta y asegurarse la comisión, aun en contra del interés del vendedor), sino que además aprovecharon la información que, iluso de mí, les facilité de una parcela que iba a adquirir, para interponerse en la operación (mientras yo vendía mi casa), contactando ellos con el vendedor de la parcela y cerrando la operación con otro comprador. P.D.: Cuando digo que la tasación es muy a la baja, lo digo con conocimiento de lo que hablo pues soy perito tasador inmobiliario. Por lo tanto, OJO con las tasaciones que os realice esta inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: No recomiendo para nada realizar ninguna operación con esta inmobiliaria. Mi experiencia con ellos ha sido bastante mala, pues estábamos interesados en un inmueble que ellos ofertaban para el que pedimos una hipoteca y gestionamos todo en menos de una semana, pagando 500€ para que fuese un tasador de forma urgente esta misma mañana que tras realizar la tasación le comenta a la inmobiliaria que la misma iba a ser favorable. Pues 2 horas después de la tasación el señor gerente de esta inmobiliaria ha decidido vender el inmueble a otro cliente sin avisarnos, teniendo ya la hipoteca concedida y ellos informados de todos los pasos que íbamos dando. Según este señor hemos tenido mala suerte porque por 15 min el otro cliente le ha llamado antes para entregarle una señal de 15000€ sin necesidad de firmar ningún tipo de documento. Todo un despropósito. Venden al mejor postor pero sin ningún tipo de moral ni respeto hacia los clientes. Ojalá esto le sirva a alguien para que no cometa el error que cometimos nosotros al confiar en ellos,
