Fantastic experience: I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by the agency from various points of view. 1) Speed: I contacted the agency two weeks before my stay in Córdoba and not only did I find a place to stay, but I was able to choose from various options based on my budget, number of roommates, and location. Incredible, considering the timing. 2) Reactivity and professionalism: Carlos always replied to all my messages immediately, whether sent early in the morning or late at night, never making me lose faith in his work. Additionally, I was able to see the room thanks to two video calls organized by him, one to see the house itself and the other to meet the roommates and the owner. I couldn't have wished for anything better. 3) Humanity: it was not just a company-client relationship, but I was truly listened to and they met me in every aspect. Looking for a house is not easy, especially abroad and without knowing anyone. Thanks to them, I also met other people, now my dear friends here. As an exchange student, I think relying on them is the best solution to find not only a physical house, but also a conceptual one. Fantastic experience: Thank you very much, as a French student, I was looking for an apartment to rent and I was surprised, on one hand, by the speed they showed in finding me an apartment and, on the other hand, by the quality of the latter which perfectly matched my requirements. If you are looking for an apartment in Cordoba, this agency will be able to satisfy you, I guarantee it.

Fantastic experience: Serious and punctual real estate agency, meets every request, always available, from the first to the last moment, always ready to solve any issue.

Negative experience: At first, they're super nice to you until you realize they want to scam you from all sides. I rented an apartment, and they tried to charge me €200. I told them I wouldn't pay it because it's illegal since those expenses should be covered by the landlord, and they tried to kick me out of the apartment after shouting at me and treating me badly. At that moment, I realized they had swapped the contract, and I had signed one I didn't want (because I trusted them, as they're very nice, and I had read it over WhatsApp). In the end, I said I wanted the complaint form, and they backed off because they know they are wrong. No matter what they tell you, DO NOT PAY THE REAL ESTATE AGENCY if you are going to rent a room. Sign the contract and then ignore these opportunists; they can't claim anything from you.
