Negative experience: It's a shame to see a real estate agency that does not comply with the new housing law pretending to 'disguise' a temporary rental housing law for 10 months as a regular rental to make the payment of fees fall on the tenant. This is so because the jurisprudence establishes that what is important in these contracts is not the term reflected in the contract, but the reason for the temporality (students, temporary relocation for work or care of individuals, etc.). And I let them know it was for a regular home. Do not trust these types of real estate agencies and try not to use their services as they will scam you.

Negative experience: I had hired this real estate agency to rent an apartment, and I find it to be the most unprofessional thing I have seen in my life. I asked for an apartment in a safe area of Córdoba because I am a girl who finishes work at 11 PM every day. I saw the apartment at 6 PM, and on my way back to work (a route I would have to take every day and at night), I was mugged by a person who was 1.90 meters tall with a knife, and of course, I reported it to the police. Moreover, the apartment hadn't seen a coat of paint in the last 10 years, and the cleanliness was such that health authorities should intervene, yet they handed me the keys to enter immediately. The more coherent owner said she would clean it. Despite showing with the police report that they have failed to fulfill their commitment to find me a safe apartment since I was robbed right after leaving the apartment at 6:30 PM, not at 11 PM, I decided that I didn't want the apartment and they refuse to refund me the €675 that I paid them for what they claim is doing their job. I feel scammed, indignant, and of course, I will take all the legal measures that are necessary. Because this is a scam. I FIND THE RESPONSE OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!! OF COURSE, THEY RENTED IT, THEY DON'T GET ROBBED EVERY DAY, AND THEY WOULD HAVE CLEANED IT LOGICALLY. AND THE REPORT I FILED IS BECAUSE I INSISTED THAT THEY FIND ME A SAFE RENTAL PLACE, AND I WAS ROBBED A STREET DOWN!!!!!!!!!! DID THE NEW TENANTS REQUEST THE SAME??? I'M GOING TO HAVE TO FILE ANOTHER REPORT FOR DEFAMATION AND INJURIES AGAINST MY PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
