Negative experience: They ignore repeated requests for meetings, and they never return your calls. These functions are supposed to be a priority, and they pay no attention, only focusing on collecting their bills for doing nothing.

Negative experience: They ask for documentation due to neglect of their duties and keep giving us the runaround... The same thing happens when you get in touch with them; they are always either in a meeting or talking on the phone, and they never return your call. A disastrous experience; I do not recommend this administrator at all.
