Negative experience: Bad professionals, unfriendly. They do not manage in a timely manner, take more than 5 minutes to answer the phone, and are rude.

You always have to be at home; they send workers without notice, they never come, when you ask for help, which usually has to be in the afternoon, they do not show up, not even for legal issues, it is becoming a torment and the truth is that I hope they change the administrator because if we pay him, it is because we do not have enough time to carry out these procedures. Currently, the central heating needs to be put on; he has not taken care of checking if there is gas oil, maintenance, or starting it up. I work, and as you can understand, he should do this, not me, because we pay for it, my neighbors and I. It has been a disastrous year with them. Please, if you have the possibility not to hire them, I’m sorry, but don’t do it because the service leaves much to be desired.

Negative experience: Falta de profesionalidad. No resuelven conflictos. Toman parte según conveniencia. No asumen responsabilidad de ningún tipo. Poca transparencia. No le doy 0 estrellas porque no se puede. Repetiremos las reseñas para que nadie pase por el calvario que nosotros pasamos. Claro que dejaron la comunidad cuando vieron que no podían seguir actuando de mala fe. Si pedíamos las cuentas ( cinco años sin poder acceder a ellas ), llamaban a la Policia . Todo un despropósito . No trabajen con ellos

Negative experience: Nada recomendado. Seguimos en espera de una fianza desde el mes de Junio, la cual hemos reclamado sin respuesta alguna, y la inmobiliaria la cual se llevo su respectiva comisión a la hora de hacer el arrendamiento , se ha lavado las manos por completo.

Fantastic experience: El smash burguer que hacía falta en Ciudad Real. Buenísimas sus burguer (en especial el delirio del Quijote). Buenos postres y un trato inmejorable.

Negative experience: Lack of professionalism. Not only did they not mediate in community conflicts, but they also fostered greater confrontation. Poor economic management, poor management regarding works, worse if you have an emergency. Not recommended at all.

Negative experience: I can't rate it lower because there's no option. Zero professionalism, they don't stand up for anyone when there's a problem; on the contrary, they create them. They don't respond by phone or email. I do not recommend it at all.

Fantastic experience: Tanto la Administración de Fincas como la Inmobiliaria y por supuesto el Despacho Jurídico está formado por profesionales muy competentes y serios en todas sus gestiones.

Positive experience: Necesita mejorar

Fantastic experience: Excelente Bufete, API y Administración de Fincas. Todos los profesionales son eficaces y atentos, además el precio de sus servicios es competitivo. Su fundador Julio Robledo, es un letrado honesto y competente.

Negative experience: Lentitud extrema en cada gestión. Además de ello, con un conflicto que tuve en tema seguro de comunidad, dieron por cerrado el siniestro alegando estar arreglado y sin haberlo mirado. Decepcionado con la gestión ya que tuve que enviar mails y llamadas desde finales de abril y me han arreglado (de forma cutre, porque preveo que volverá a surgir la humedad) ahora en Julio. A día de hoy no recomendaría este lugar.
