Negative experience: I went to see a student flat, everything was very good for renting. We paid the deposit and were told that the owner would take care of the contract. After two months, the owner tells me that he is NOT making a contract because then he would have to pay taxes and that does not suit him. And to try to solve things, we called here and NOBODY bothers to answer the phone.

They charge a 6% fee as sellers and another 3% to the buyers, amazing and illegal. Bought comments, curiously you read on any other platform and they are torn apart. They also make you sign an exclusivity contract, they are specialists in everything illegal. I don't think you have any Agaporni as a client in response to your comment, but yes, we know each other, unfortunately, but I stopped as soon as I saw you coming.
