Fantastic experience: Busqué piso la semana del 20 de enero de 2025 con varias inmobiliarias, ésta una de ellas y aunque finalmente no me quedé con una de sus propiedades que visitamos, el trato y atención de Sebas fue inmejorable. Totalmente recomendable si buscas alquilar.

Fantastic experience: Great team made up of great professionals. Good customer service and good treatment. In my specific case, I rented for a few months with them, they didn't notice a small break on the ceramic cooktop and at the end of the contract, they claimed part of the deposit from me. I spoke to them and explained that this damage was prior to my contract, and they resolved it in the most correct way possible, refunding me the totality of the deposit and taking on the cost of the repair themselves. Months later, I asked them for details of my contract for tax purposes, and they provided them without putting up any kind of inconvenience. If I returned to Ciudad Real, I would definitely contact them again.

Negative experience: They are scammers, do not trust their words regarding a property. After having even paid for the move and having an agreement with them, at 3:00 PM they stopped answering the mobile phone of the person with whom the deal was made. At 4:00 PM, you find out that one hour after agreeing with you, they have rented it to someone else without warning, literally leaving me on the street. A shameless person.

Fantastic experience: I rented some apartments, and to be honest, the service was very good. They had a good selection of furniture and we quickly found what we were looking for. Recommended.

Negative experience: Disastrous, a bunch of fraudsters. They rent you the apartment and then they start scamming you, saying that they've had more water from a leak that might be there... On top of that, they have no shame, the microwaves are rusty, and it wasn't until the boiler exploded and flooded my house that they changed it, and it was cracked, they just put a plastic patch on it in a makeshift way.

Negative experience: Son unos ESTAFADORES y unos piratas. El dueño casado lo ves siempre con distintas mujeres... una pena. El que tienen contratado, un tal Sebastián, es un maleducado. Les tienes un piso alquilado y van contándole a los vecinos y a la gente de fuera lo que pagas de luz y si tienen que venir a arreglarte algo van luego contando como tienes la casa, cosa ilegal. Además, no tienen seguro, los electrodomésticos oxidados, no van bien, se niegan a cambiartelos. Si se te rompe algo o pasan de ti o va el dueño a intentar arreglartelo haciendo una chapuza. Encima, nunca quieren los pagos en el banco, ellos sabrán porque... todo muy raro. NADA RECOMENDABLE.
