Negative experience: Probably the worst real estate agency in Ciudad Real, despotic and arrogant treatment, rushing to show the property, however, they will make you sign a visit document with all your data, ID number, etc., they don't give you the exact address nor to visit, they expect you to follow them by car to get there. Negative experience: ZERO PROFESSIONALISM AND A LOT OF RUDE BEHAVIOR. I entered the agency to visit an apartment and was required to sign a visit sheet stating that if I decided to rent one of the apartments, I would have to pay 50% + VAT of a monthly fee as a real estate service fee. I asked if they knew that this is no longer allowed and they told me that if I wanted to see the apartments it was 'this way or nothing.' I requested a complaint form after hearing several rude remarks, including, I quote, 'the comments people leave mean nothing to me' when I said I preferred to discuss my concerns with them rather than leave a public comment (like the fact that the girl who took me to see the apartments didn't even know which ones they were and tried to open doors of other people's homes, which someone opened to see what we were doing there, this happened twice during the same appointment). He told me he did not have a complaint form to give me, at which point I politely dismissed him and stepped outside to call the local police, who intervened to ensure he provided me the form so I could file my formal complaint. It turned out he did have it. The gentleman tried to paint me as rude and a liar, luckily I recorded the conversation and offered it to the police. I hope that by responding to this comment they can show more discernment because I felt extremely offended by such attitudes. To those reading: Please, when someone tries to charge a commission for renting, file a formal complaint. A law was specifically made so that the costs (of any kind) of a real estate agency never fall on the tenants. Best regards to all.

Negative experience: Terrible company, I have been requesting the new contract they say they are 'working on' for over a month in preparation for the 5-year mark and the date when the contract expires is approaching and I HAVE NO IDEA what new rent they are going to impose on me, leaving me exposed to this, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. You should be ashamed to treat people like this who do everything to get informed with your company when you don't help at all those of us who rent apartments from you.

Well, after 3 years of looking for an apartment with my partner, the same thing has happened to us; they still haven't updated the available apartments. In fact, we liked one (and yes, it was available) but they asked us for a bunch of data and documents without having seen the apartment yet. When we told them we wanted to go see it, either they couldn't or they simply didn't respond. I'm still waiting for a response. Zero professionalism.

Negative experience: They should consider providing customer service training to their employees; we received very unpleasant and disrespectful treatment. They asked for all the documentation without allowing us to view the property we were interested in. Most of the properties in Ciudad Real they told us are occupied or unavailable; they do not have an updated inventory of properties. It has been the worst treatment from a real estate agency we have received.

Negative experience: The truth is that it seems that most of the ads are fake. I called to see an apartment that triggered the alert, and they told me it had already been rented. Ten minutes later, I asked again, and they told me it couldn’t be viewed for another two weeks. How they manipulate.

They do this to get you to inquire and then they slide in the price they want. I searched on their website with 'reference' as they tell you, and I insisted up to three times to see some available apartments at a price that interested me. They kept stalling until the date of the appointment, when I insisted again on seeing the ones I liked that were available on their website, and they made up in the moment that the supposed tenants had renewed. Not to mention that, since the law has changed and agency fees are prohibited, which must be paid by the landlords and not by the tenants, they have invented a 'fee' that must be paid in addition to the deposit, plus their fees. This company is really dangerous, with an outrageous scam that I plan to report to the City Council. It is unacceptable for all of us to pay for their speculation.

They say they will check. - The next day they call me saying that in one of the apartments, I would be allowed to have pets. We agree to see the apartment that same week. - I go to the office. They ask for my ID to photocopy it right away (you don't have to give your ID if you don't want to, it's not mandatory). They give me the 'viewing form' for me to sign. As I said, it's not a viewing form; you are already committing to pay half of the agency fees and giving an amount if you rent the apartment from the owner without involving the agency. I tell them that this is prohibited. The agency fees must be paid entirely by the owner. They tell me that 'they have to live.' I tell them I no longer want to see the apartment. They say they will talk to the owner to have him pay if I'm interested. - I go to see the apartment because there were things that shocked me, but they hadn't treated me 'badly'. - After seeing the apartment, I ask for a copy of the viewing form. I can't have a copy; I can't take a photo of it. At first, they didn't even let me see the viewing form again. If they don't want to give you a copy, it's because they know that what they are asking for is PROHIBITED. The atmosphere starts to heat up. The girl who showed me the apartment is not there; another woman who gives me a TERRIBLE treatment is. Honestly, I had never been treated like that, and I have rented many times in Madrid where the situation is more complicated. - I manage to get at least a copy of the ID they made and, by the way, to fill in all the fields of the viewing form because they hadn't even put the property I had gone to see. After the situation, I didn't trust anything. I saw them capable of filling in the form with false information. And of course, they don't give me a copy. It's a pity I didn't read all the negative comments they have because I wouldn't have called. And, just in case there was any doubt, I don't intend to rent with them. To begin with, they ask you more questions than a mother when you come back from a party, and then they decide whether they are interested in showing you the apartment or not. Furthermore, the visit sheet, which is supposed to be a 'simple paper', has a clause in which they hold you responsible for 50% of the agency fee for the month, which has been prohibited since May 2023, as Article 20.1 of the Urban Leasing Law makes it very clear that the costs of real estate management and contract formalization will be borne by the landlord. Moreover, they do not give you a copy of that 'simple paper' of the visit sheet, not even if you ask for it actively and passively, which shows that even they know what they are doing is ILLEGAL.

I called to inquire about a house, and they responded in a very arrogant manner, saying that they would first have to decide if I could rent with them or not, asking me questions like my salary and my husband's, our types of contracts (I could understand these questions when renting a specific property, not as a filter to see if 'it's worth attending to you'). He said he would send me an email with a list of properties that accepted dogs... but he never did. So, a TERRIBLE experience. In many of the apartment rental portals (idealista, fotocasa, yaencontre), this real estate agency appeared as the owner of most of the listings. Similarly, if you take a walk around Ciudad Real, it's common to see their signs, so I thought it was a big and serious real estate agency. Sadly, the reality is not like that. I have gone to the office many times, and I have talked to former interns, so I rule out that the agency is a scam whose main business is to ask for data to sell it later (as I've read in other reviews). They simply conduct their activity in an unfair manner. They automatically and computerizedly update the listings on all rental portals, giving the impression that they are available, thus obscuring the actual and new listings from individuals and other real estate agencies. This creates a false sense that you will have to go to them no matter what. When you contact them, they tell you that the apartments are not available, that only their website is reliable. This is also false, as I made a list of about 20 apartments that were supposedly available, but then they told me they didn't know if they were and that they would call me back. I’m still waiting months for that to happen. These are my conclusions and advice: - This real estate agency is real; it is not a scam. Despite appearances, it has the same number of available apartments as other agencies, but they operate in an unfair manner, something they are fully aware of. - After months of searching for an apartment, the best thing I could do was to block the profile (and the listings) of this agency on idealista, fotocasa, and yaencontre. This way, it's easier to see the real and new listings. - If you are lucky enough to be a public servant (like healthcare or teaching), there may be a Telegram or Facebook group where apartments are advertised exclusively for civil servants. Find out. - It’s also useful to search on second-hand sales portals, like Wallapop or Milanuncios. After many months and headaches, I managed to find an apartment that suits my needs at an affordable price. With patience, it’s achievable. It’s simply about not stopping the search and being quick when one comes available. Good luck!

The apartments they have on the website are bait, not even the ones listed on their website, because in the ads on other websites, they say to check their page to ensure it’s available and no, they are not available even if they say otherwise.
