Negative experience: Not recommended!! We rented an apartment for a year through Miss Eva and after 3 months of being there, she sells it and tried to throw us out on the street. This woman only cares about money and getting her commissions, and she doesn't care about people at all.
Good afternoon, I would like to clarify that I removed the property from sale as you know, because we rented it to you, but months later the owner needed to sell due to personal reasons as she encountered a series of problems and put it up for sale on her own. I didn't even know it was for sale as she didn't call me, and she gave it to all the real estate agencies and to a self-employed colleague, her husband gave it to her. It was also a surprise for me that it was sold. We didn't have it in our portfolio. I'm very sorry, but I really did not handle the sale. As you know, we tried to find a solution but it has not been possible as the owner needed to sell urgently. Still, according to what she told me, I believe the property only had two months left until the year of rental was completed. I am very sorry about the situation but we do not have knowledge of the personal situation of the owners and unfortunately, they could have sold it through any other real estate agency or on their own.

Nos mostraron, muchos de estas características. Gracias a los consejos de la persona que nos lo gestiono (E. G., agente comercial), elegimos, uno muy acogedor, grande, como nuevo, a estrenar, aunque un poco retirado del centro, pero perfecto, una plaza de garaje enorme. Gracias de nuevo por ayudarnos xon los trámites y por negociar por nosotros con el propietario. Muy contentos.
