Negative experience: Completely dreadful experience. After 3 consecutive years renting an apartment (9 years my sister, we booked two separate apartments each year), Inmobiliaria Valdela Playa has lost two clients by not doing their job in a timely manner and providing a null after-sales service. We chose the apartment based on the trust placed in the agency and because we were familiar with the urbanization. However, from the moment we arrived, we started to see things that didn’t quite add up. It was evident that the owners had recently vacated the apartment (later the cleaning service confirmed that they left on the same day we arrived, giving them less than 1.5 hours to clean) and did so hastily, leaving a good amount of personal belongings scattered around the apartment that are not expected in a rental (crib, children's suitcases, clothes, toys, pacifiers, bottles, screens, computers, etc.). On the other hand, the apartment was in poor care and cleaning conditions (see photos), including the dirty state of the furniture, table, chairs, sofa, with a nauseating smell stuck in the sofa and mattresses that followed us throughout our stay despite using multiple air fresheners. Not to mention other damages or appliances that didn't work (a hole in the ceiling, broken toilet chain, toaster not working, washing machine with dirty clothes inside, dryer used as a storage for containers, cigarette butts in the garden, etc.). When contacting the agency, Monica the salesperson, the only solution she offered was to send us the cleaning service since she had already paid the owner and that if we wanted, we could contact the owner ourselves, essentially washing her hands of the situation. Given the lack of providing alternatives, I told her I disagreed with what she offered, as I had paid for an apartment that didn’t meet basic cleanliness standards or minimum services. Neither the sofa nor the chairs were inviting to sit on, let alone the mattresses. When the cleaning service arrived, they confirmed all kinds of suspicions. Due to the time constraint given by the owners and the state of the apartment, the cleaning they did was not sufficient; it was already known that this was going to happen. In summary, it’s evident that the agency did not ensure that the owners left the apartment in minimal conditions nor did they check the apartment's state before our arrival. The photos of the property provided by the agency do not reflect the current reality of the apartment's state, and they have been unable to provide an alternative solution once the payment was made, highlighting a greater interest in keeping the owner and continuing to do business rather than providing quality service to the customer. I hope this review serves to warn new tenants about the quality of their services. A piece of advice for new tenants: do not make the payment before checking the state of the apartment and force the agency to accompany you on entry to it.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it at all. I want to file a complaint. Yesterday, my partner went to see an apartment with the signal in hand to take it, and Mónica did not accept it because today she rented it to someone else. Very unprofessional, she left him hanging, making him believe that he was renting it today. I know that if you know her, you have preferences.

Negative experience: Nada recomendable. Lo hablado telefónicamente no tiene ninguna validez posteriormente, no respetando las fechas de entrada y salida. Pedimos entrar un sábado o domingo, e indican que solo de lunes a lunes, una vez pagado tenemos que abandonar el domingo porque ya han alquilado a otra persona De domingo a domingo (a estos si) problema con calentador y contestan 1 día después, nos negaron el número telefoneé la propiedad y a ellos el nuestro, no nos acompañan en la estrega de las llaves “buscaré la vida” FATAL

Negative experience: La peor experiencia de mi vida....Marisa...la ''agente inmobiliaria''...habla mucho y no dice nada, y cuando coge su dinero...ya no quiere saber nada de problemas. Profesionalidad nula rozando el insulto a la inteligencia.
