Negative experience: The worst real estate agency in San Fernando. They are gangsters; they deceive you, threaten you, and constantly pressure you. I would never buy or rent anything with them because it would end badly and I would definitely lose money.

Negative experience: They seek customers through cold calling, and they also leave flyers everywhere (under the gates, thrown on the landings, and they even inserted one inside the community bulletin board by pushing it under the acrylic). We will have to pay for the administrator to come and open the acrylic to remove your advertising. Besides not being eco-friendly to print who knows how many flyers, when there are more modern means to advertise, it shows a lack of consideration, civility, and professionalism in the way they leave the advertising, when there is a designated spot at the entrance to dispose of it.
