Negative experience: If you want your purchasing operation in Cádiz to be a complete failure, Vivencadiz is your real estate agency. I scheduled a visit two days in advance and when I arrived from Málaga to see the apartment, after handing over an amount to their offices as a presentation of the offer, they informed me that the property was already sold. The manager of the real estate agency, a guy named Curro, did not bother to give me any explanation despite the enormous inconveniences they caused me. Some unprofessional individuals, I do not recommend them at all.

Negative experience: I tried to contact the agency to see some tourist-licensed apartments for sale in Cádiz. They never responded to any emails (7 in total at the end of March 2024/April 2024) and replying to the ads published on Fotocasa and Idealista. I do not feel comfortable recommending this agency due to the lack of attention towards the buyer.
