Negative experience: Real estate agency that breaks the law. Initially, they tell us that we, the tenants, have to pay the agency fee, which is not the case according to the 2023 Housing Law. Having the apartment verbally agreed upon for us, when we presented all the resources that support our case, they mentioned that they would inform the owners that we are not interested due to the fee, when we are actually interested; we just want to abide by the law.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this company. At first everything seemed fine, I paid the rent and the broker's commission. I had a problem at the end of the contract, the owner did not want to give me back the deposit. He didn't answer the phone, he didn't reply to emails from me or my roommates. Since I was renting through an agency Gadirson, I decided that I would ask them for help to get my money back (according to the lease agreement they had prepared themselves, without specifying the deadline by which the owner supposed to return the deposit). Apparently they called the owner - but that's it he hasn’t answer. I have not received the money for 7 months after the end of the contract, and this company did not help me get it back in any way, even though I do not speak Spanish fluently, so I really hoped for some help. I only have to fight through the police...
