Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia, llamé para interesarme por un piso que tenían, me dieron cita, me estuvieron mareando realmente… ofreciéndome otros pisos, les dije que solo estaba interesada por el piso por el que llamé, concerté la cita para la semana que estábamos en la ciudad, dos días antes de la visita escribí a Isabel, ni siquiera me contestó, como el piso estaba anunciado por otras inmobiliarias llamé a otra ..Y era su compañero, no otra inmobiliaria. Me dijeron que justo esa mañana lo habían vendido… yo llamé esa mañana y escribí y no me lo comunicaron . Claramente era un piso gancho, me parece muy poco profesional y poco honesto que no me lo hayan comunicado. Pongo una estrella porque para escribir una opinión te obligan a ponerla… pero ha sido un trato horrible, sinceramente. Respuesta a e- imnobilia: 1. En NINGÚN MOMENTO me dijisteis que había otro comprador Interesado, todo lo contrario, solo que el inquilino os estaba poniendo problemas para las visitas. 2. Llame a otras dos teléfonos con números de teléfono y nombres distintos. Solo uso el portal de idealista… y ahí aparecían tres nombres distintos con tres números distintos… Pero cuando te llamé a ti que no me cogías el teléfono y llame después a otro número de teléfono con otro nombre era tu compañero de la mesa de al lado Si, hemos adquirido una vivienda, con el mismo tiempo desde que avisamos hasta que tuvimos la entrevista, de nueva construcción , con mejor precio, con muy buena ubicación, y que desde el principio no tuvimos ningún problema con la atención de la agencia.

After a bad experience with the first sales attempt, which he himself acknowledges was poorly handled by the buyer by keeping him waiting and playing with time and the possibility of selling to another buyer, a second chance is given, and they offer the same disastrous deal again, in addition to renegotiating the price when new conditions had already been agreed upon based on the previous experience with the same potential buyer. Perhaps they think their time is worth more than that of this family and can play with their hopes again. Reviews are meant for this, to tell the truth and not just for compliments and gratifications; what cannot be done is to lie about it, as he mentions some threats. It is easy to write such accusations behind a screen, without any proof, which luckily we have recorded. I give one star because that is the publication rule on Google, because they don’t deserve even one, nor the time wasted. That said, I warn potential future sellers to be more discerning and have less compassion than we have had with such a lack of professionalism. End.

Negative experience: At first, the buyer failed, you even told us that you would not deal with them anymore, then you come back to us with an offer from the same buyers. We accepted the offer as it was, and it turns out that blah blah blah they need to study and evaluate it... what kind of offer is that? If you have already made the offer and we accepted it, what is there to study? Those so-called buyers seem ridiculous to me, but what seems even more ridiculous is that you let yourself be deceived by them. It's normal that you receive this type of reviews...
