When I walked through their doors on Calle Sagasta, they showed me an advertisement for a house I had seen months ago in an ad from another agency that I had liked. It was Margarita who detected my tastes and needs according to my economic possibilities, and she showed me the property, which I liked from the very first moment. Although I was very clear about what I wanted, she was matching me with her properties that were right for me. My doubts and the documentation for the house as well as the building were provided without issues, and for my questions, she requested clarifications from the seller. An important aspect in the Center of Cádiz is information about the old buildings. My budget was limited, and they invited me to formalize an offer to the owners, which was accepted after three days of negotiations. A week later, I was signing for my house.
