Negative experience: I was going to buy an apartment for vacation and when I called to ask, they weren't even able to tell me the street, claiming a lie (GDPR policy) when it applies to data provided by individuals to companies and not the other way around. I was just asking for the street, not the number or the apartment. They are very scared and unprofessional. Be careful...

Negative experience: The attention from the salesperson, Álvaro, was very good, but I was left very dissatisfied with the overall service. I understand that they made an insignificant mistake (they sold me the high supplies as an advantage) and it ended up leaking water from the community. I asked them to correct the mistake (which I understood as something that happens to anyone) and they only partially took responsibility, leaving me to bear certain costs (because they hadn't committed to anything in writing and it wasn't their obligation). Honestly, it's not about what it might imply, because the commission paid to real estate agents is so high that what this meant was minimal in comparison. In the end, I had to bear the repair of some damages caused by the plumber and the bulletin, and above all, the dissatisfaction of having to deal with questionable methods. So, I am not satisfied with the service. It's a shame to be left with this aftertaste because I was really happy with the treatment from the salesperson.
