Negative experience: My review is about a house in Puerto Real that had been secured with my son who delivered the personal documentation for the purchase of the house. Later, they told us it had been sold, and our surprise was that we saw the same house listed for 10,000 Euros more. Now you tell me if I can leave a positive review. Response: This is completely false; the house has not been sold for the price of the first listing. My son went to see the house and they were asking for 165,000€, and being among the first clients to visit it (the second ones), and meeting the necessary conditions for the mortgage approval, a week later you told him that the house had been sold to another client who does not need a mortgage. And almost a month later, you relist the same house for the price of 175,000€, the same house that agent Ramiro told you had already been sold. Let's see if you can give an honest answer.
Good evening, the apartment has been sold for the same price it was published. Your son knows the circumstances of the sale, as it has been explained to each client, since it was a unique and urgent sale. At no time are sales verbally agreed upon, but rather indicated, and this specific one, due to its uniqueness, required urgency and conditions that not everyone who wanted to buy met. I regret your anger, but it is a single property for many people who were interested. That's all I can publicly comment as otherwise I would be violating data protection and privacy laws regarding my clients.

Negative experience: Real estate agency that is not transparent, unfair, and unprofessional that deceives people. Positive reviews will be bought or from friends and/or acquaintances. They delete the listing of a property because it has supposedly been sold and shortly after, surprise, they re-list the same property for a much higher price. Do not trust this real estate agency, they are scoundrels.
Buenas tardes, discúlpenos pero no nos consta como Cliente. Igualmente las operaciones a veces no llegan a buen término, y el precio SIEMPRE lo estipula el vendedor, no se engaña a nadie y mucho menos se trata de una cuestión de lealtad. Esta empresa también se sorprende de opiniones siempre negativas de personas/supuestos clientes con los que ni siquiera tratamos, pero sabemos que por esta vía nunca se ve verifica absolutamente nada. Tacharnos de sinvergüenzas es desmedido, y no se ajusta a la realidad; estamos orgullosos de contar con un equipo profesional muy competente y comprometido con sus clientes, ya que por suerte los comentarios positivos son de clientes satisfechos. Buenos días, aunque se les ha hablado en Inglés en mil ocasiones para explicarles todo respecto al alquiler, voy a aclararlo todo punto por punto. Desde un primer momento (antes de alquilar la vivienda, durante y después), siempre se les ha atendido en TODO. El problema ha partido tras haberles comunicado a su salida del piso, respecto al estado lamentable en el que se había dejado la vivienda ( con imágenes de como la habían dejado, y contrastando con el anexo firmado entre las partes en el momento del que entrasteis al comienzo del alquiler). Tal y como recogía en su contrato, la Ley española de arrendamientos urbano 29/1994 de 24 de noviembre, establece que la fianza debe ser depositada en la Hacienda Pública en este caso de Andalucía (modelo 806) tal y como se recoge su contrato, tras su salida se presento modelo 810 de devolución, a partir de ahí es la hacienda quien deposita la fianza en la cuenta del propietario, cuando la recibe en su cuenta es quien realiza la transferencia al inquilino si esta todo correcto, tal y como volvieron a firmar y se les informo en la entrega de llaves, LA CUAL SE HA REALIZADO. El propietario tal y como se os informo ha descontado de la fianza suministros pendientes, limpieza, y varias reparaciones tal y como se les traslado adjuntando facturas. Nosotros en ningún momento tenemos esa fianza. Nos vuelven a acusar de estafa y ciertamente no entendemos que perjuicio patrimonial les hemos provocado nosotros como agencia intermediaria, nosotros no nos hemos beneficiado de nada, totalmente lo contrario, ustedes nos atacan y difaman por este medio y otros. Por otro lado informarle, por si su amigo no ha repartido el dinero de la devolución de la fianza, que la transferencia se realizo a la cuenta que nos facilito su compañero que siempre ha sido el portavoz, el pasado 10 de junio de 2024. Si usted necesita el justificante puede enviarnos un correo y le enviare dicho justificante, ya que por este medio no es posible. Por todo esto les informamos que nos guardamos el derecho a interponer acciones legales al respecto. Un saludo

Estimado cliente, en la vivienda no había ningún problema, de hecho se ha atendido a todas sus peticiones durante el periodo de alquiler, que no han sido pocas. Lo que a usted le ha molestado es que el propietario haya descontado de la fianza (aportando facturas) la limpieza y reparaciones varias, dado que han dejado el piso en un estado lamentable. Las diferentes fotos enviadas hablan por sí solas, porque como ya se les aclarado mil veces las agencias intermediarias no se encargan de limpiar los pisos de temporada escolar, de esto se encargan los inquilinos, tal y como se recoge en su contrato. Somos una empresa seria, y cuando hay que darle la razón a los clientes se les da, pero a las pruebas nos remitimos. Un saludo

Disculpe caballero, usted está faltando a la verdad, no es y no ha sido nunca cliente nuestro. Si quiere apoyar a su amigo que ya ha dejado su puntuación, no tiene porque inventar haciendo comentarios inverosímiles en nuestra página, que obviamente denunciaremos a Google y a donde estime nuestro abogado por la falsedad de su testimonio . Es una pena que se utilicen estos medios para difamar y dañar a las empresas, porque por este medio cualquiera es juez y abogado. Recordarle que la fianza se depositó en la Junta y esta entidad la ingresa a la parte arrendaría, los intermediarios NUNCA disponen de ese dinero. Un saludo

Buenas tardes, lamentamos que no esté satisfecho con nuestros servicios, pero como ya le hemos indicado el precio del inmueble no se ajustaba al precio del mercado, y también hemos tenido el handicap de que el inmueble se destina a fines turísticos, por lo cual ha sido imposible enseñarlo cada vez que se ha necesitado. Aclarar que el inmueble no ha estado bloqueado, usted firmo una exclusiva con la agencia y se ha visitado el inmueble siempre que ha sido posible.Un cordial saludo
