Negative experience: ESTAFADORES!!!! ENGAÑAN AL COMPRADOR Y AL VENDEDOR...sale una vivienda a la venta un sábado, enviamos correo tal cual, el lunes por la tarde somos los segundos en verla y reservamos la vivienda para el día siguiente dar la señal o reserva ya q ese día no era posible porque el primero en visitar la vivienda tenía q preguntar al banco y tal t cual pero al tercero si le hicieron la reserva aceptando un dinero q a los demás ni se dio la opción de ofrecer punto y a parte yo estaba dispuesto a comprar la casa sin rebajar cosa q el vendedor ni sabrá ni dan opción a negociar
Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria en la que he estado. Trato desagradable, falta de atención y profesionalidad. No lo recomiendo ni para rentar ni para alquilar, muy mala experiencia.
Negative experience: No he visto persona más maleducada, prepotente y arrogante que Laura de la zona de Gamonal. Malas formas y malas contestaciones. Horrible de verdad.
Negative experience: Quiero compartir mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria. Entramos con la intención de preguntar por opciones de alquiler, pero ni siquiera nos dieron la oportunidad de explicar qué tipo de inmueble estábamos buscando. Sentí que, al vernos como chicas jóvenes de 27 años, asumieron automáticamente que no teníamos el perfil adecuado o que no valía la pena atendernos. Ni siquiera me ofrecieron la posibilidad de dejar mi número de contacto o comentarles lo que estábamos buscando, por si en el futuro surgía algo que encajara con nuestro perfil. Parecía que solo querían que nos fuéramos cuanto antes y punto. Lo que más me sorprendió es que, después de esta experiencia, entré en su página web y vi que tienen en alquiler al menos dos inmuebles. Es decir, claramente había opciones disponibles, pero simplemente no mostraron ningún interés en escucharnos o ayudarnos. Entiendo que el mercado esté complicado, pero la falta de interés y profesionalidad fue decepcionante.
Negative experience: Si no vais a estar en el horario indicado, cambiadlo. No hagais perder el tiempo a posibles clientes porque entonces los perdeis.

Negative experience: I bought an apartment with this agency. The truth is that the process and the actions taken by the real estate agency were terrible. As a former real estate agent, I know firsthand how the buying and selling process works, and several things bothered me. If a buyer makes a firm offer, both this and any future price increases during negotiation must be signed by both parties. In my case, I, as the buyer, did put in writing through an offer all the price increases I proposed to reach an agreement with the seller. Surprise, when we had settled on something, one of the sales agents, who was involved in the process, told us that the seller had said no after initially saying yes. At that moment, I spoke with the sales agent again and asked how this was possible when we had already reached an agreement. Her response? The acceptance from the seller was verbal, without signing any documents, leaving me as the buyer "with my pants down" and unable to claim that what was agreed upon was different. Still, I go along with it and don’t seek further issues. An agreement is made through this real estate agency regarding what furniture will stay in the property and what will be taken, and guess what… what was agreed upon also isn’t fulfilled. We go along with it again... The day of the sale approaches, and we are told that we need to pay the proportional part of the property tax (IBI) and the community fees for the current month, which by law is not the buyer's responsibility. In any case, this should be negotiated and agreed upon between both parties, but in no case does the buying party have the obligation to take on that. Among other points, I'll leave you the best of all. The deposit, a document in which both parties commit and agree through a payment and, above all, PROTECTS or should protect BOTH PARTIES EQUALLY (with the real estate agent acting as a mediator), is drafted with too much bias towards the exclusive protection of the seller. When I mentioned certain points to the sales agent that I see as incorrect where I am left unprotected and the seller is not, she told me that she would obviously lean more to the seller because they are the ones paying the agency's fees. What audacity! I wonder… how is the seller going to pay if there isn’t a buying party for the apartment? Honestly, 0 professionalism, 0 empathy, 0 equality, 0 commitment. After all this, she tried or suggested that she would manage the rental once the purchase was finalized. I still don’t understand how she even dared to ask me that. I recommend not working at all with this agency unless you are someone who enjoys things being done poorly, spending sleepless nights due to their management, or if you love headaches.
Negative experience: We bought an apartment last summer and had a very negative experience. When we made the purchase proposal, it was for the apartment as it was. When the time came, the owners decided they wanted to take the furniture from 2 bedrooms. When we pointed out that this was not stated in any signed document (because we only signed the proposals, not the sellers), the real estate agent told me that she only looks to defend the seller because he is 'the one who pays her'. And I wonder, if I don't buy, who is going to pay her, the bank? Furthermore, they wanted the buyer to pay the property tax and waste fees.
Negative experience: Good evening, not much positive to say. I made a purchase at this agency and I have to say that they did not fulfill anything we agreed upon, they don't care at all about what was agreed. I am personally very dissatisfied. I won't go into details to avoid mentioning the salesperson. A rating of 3.9 with only 16 reviews says a lot. It seems too much to me given the treatment and behavior they have.

Negative experience: Indecent Treatment They have incompetent and rude workers. They even threaten their clients and kick you out of the place if you dare to make a negative comment about them or their materials, and they have tricks to deceive and lie to the client. We bought an apartment in the Santa Bárbara Residential and when we went to see the options they offer for doors, floors, etc., the quality is terrible, to say the least; the wardrobes only have doors, the shelves and drawers have an extra price. The melamine doors are plywood that cost €60 retail; this is the quality of the Casablanca Real Estate in their promotions. It's a shame that they provide this treatment to their clients and install such low quality in their apartments. (There is no inferior quality; if there was, I’m sure that’s what they would install; it’s a shame). I hope that in the future they provide courses to their workers on how to treat their clients, and that they don’t disrespect them or speak to them rudely or with threats, nor disrespect them in the way that the girl who is there to show the materials does. This girl should not work with the public, as she is not suitable for this job. Also, for the prices of their properties, they could provide a better quality, NOT the minimum as there is no inferior quality. ******* Response ******* I expect communication from their legal department with great anticipation. Because their worker Raquel deserves a lawsuit for the treatment received, threats, and the way of provoking by calling the manager simply for giving an opinion. Fortunately, everything is recorded. I hope they send me a copy of the surveillance camera that recorded the video and audio of all the supposed insults, the supposed threats, etc., and all the lies they want to invent. And to add insult to injury, instead of apologizing for the treatment received by their worker, Casablanca Real Estate calls three days later and threatens. You can't go any lower. In short.
