I will have to spend a lot on another energy source or leave the house in winter. - They also sold me the property with debts to the community (over 400 euros); they previously lied to me saying that there was no established community. It's pointless to complain; they ignore everything. In my situation, there are 10 more families. I can provide documentation for all this. They only have to ask us for it. If you are in doubt, DO NOT BUY.
