Negative experience: I cannot recommend this real estate agency for your transactions if you are the seller, as they think more about keeping the buyer happy than helping the seller. There are only demands when you sell; they don’t count on you at all. We asked them, please, not to schedule anything related to the sale during the week we were not going to be in Spain (for vacation); we didn’t mind attending them before and/or after, but we would like that week to have no transactions (being the only week of the entire summer that we would be away). Our surprise was that not only did they contact us while we were out of Spain, but they also asked third parties to manage it on our behalf (without our consent) and communicated that we were the ones who had requested it and, of course, we gave permission for it. This was all because the buying party was in a hurry to move and wanted to do it before summer (everything hurriedly...) They do not sign the invoices for the fees, because they claim that 'they always do it this way' (so now I have a blank piece of paper with an amount I have to pay, but without the company's approval). They informed the buyers that they should give us the corresponding money for a proportional part that had been paid in cash and by hand (without any guarantee for the buyers that this money had been paid, as we could have said that we had not received it). In short... very disappointed with the sale, and they have made the process something stressful, overwhelming, and not recommendable.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience with this real estate agency. I bought a property, and they always cared a lot about the operation. In the end, they achieved a great deal. They were quick and practical with the paperwork, and I was delighted with Laura, who treated us like family. Great professionals.

Fantastic experience: I was shown a property on February 24th, Jesús is courteous and a great professional, besides showing the property he gives good advice, he does not try to deceive or mislead the buyer. Previously in 2023, I bought a flat from them and it all went smoothly thanks to his management and that of his team. I won’t hesitate to buy with them if I have the chance.

Negative experience: Mr. Jesús sold me an apartment with debts, when he told me it was free of debts and the deeds also state that it is free of debts. I received a letter from the Ibi town hall saying I have to pay €1,980 and it tells me to get a lawyer or a manager when he told me that Sareb would take charge in case of debt, but that the apartment had no debts, free of charges. And he called me this morning to say that he will sue me for posting this review. I have already contacted Sareb and they are not taking charge. I have to pay IBI from 2013 to 2021 for selling me an apartment with debts.

Fantastic experience: I tried a property and in the end, I didn't decide to buy it. But the truth is that they treated me very well, both Jesús and his partner. Excellent.

Negative experience: Little information.

Negative experience: I bought a house from them and: - 4 months later I still have no gas, which means I have no hot water or heating, and no sign of a solution. I will have to spend a lot on another energy source or leave the house in winter. - They also sold me the house with debts to the community (over 400 euros), previously they tricked me into saying that there was no established community. It's pointless to complain, they don't care at all. In my situation, there are 10 more families. I can provide documentation for all of this. They just have to ask us for it. That said, if you are in doubt, DO NOT BUY.

Negative experience: The attention from the seller was terrible, showing little to no interest in the sale. Personally, I would not trust this company with the sale of my property.
