Negative experience: Quite scarce professionalism You call about a property as soon as they open their office, at 4:30 PM after finishing posting it on Idealista. The person who answers tells you that the person in charge of that property will call you soon as she hasn't arrived at the office yet. Hours go by and no one calls. I call back and what a coincidence, it has already been reserved. Why even notify, right?
