Negative experience: Cobro de honorarios pese a la nueva ley y encima en efectivo. No tienen vergüenza y se olvidan de tu cara cuando vas a reclamarlo, pasándote de currito en currito para que creas que nadie puede hacer nada.

Negative experience: ZERO seriousness. You call two minutes after posting an ad, besides sending an email. After several attempts and multiple phone numbers, it is hard for them to answer the calls. They tell you that a colleague will call you soon to schedule a visit for the apartment. In total, after 6 hours, they delete the ad because they have rented it, and I am still waiting for the call from the supposed colleague. What a shameful service and attention. They treat the customer like a rag.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied... I was charged management fees (being a tenant) that other real estate agencies do not charge you... As a result, I lost €400, and the following year I went to rent another apartment with them and they asked for another €450... I recommend looking for other real estate agencies for both landlords and tenants. This is legal... But there are real estate agencies that do not charge you that...

Negative experience: I had a rather unpleasant experience with this real estate agency. They were friendly in their approach, but I feel like I was deceived. The story is as follows: a young person looking for a property to buy. On Wednesday, August 13, 2024, I see a newly published ad that fits my budget. I call them at 11:00 AM, and 'Employee 1' answers. I mention that I am interested in the apartment, and he informs me that since it is newly published, they can't show it yet because they haven't received the keys, but not to worry because AS SOON AS THEY HAVE THEM, THEY WILL CONTACT ME SO THAT I CAN BE THE FIRST PERSON TO SEE IT. I agree and say go ahead. An hour later, at 12:00 PM, I receive an email notification that suddenly the price of the apartment has increased by €5,000. That same day, at 4:45 PM, 'Employee 1' calls me again and tells me that they have received the keys and asks when I would be available to see it. I reply that I am free at that moment and that I could be there in 20 minutes, which is how long it takes me to get there. He says okay, and we arrange to meet at 5:05 PM. I arrive at the agreed time, and there is nobody there; they show up around 5:15-5:20 PM. Poor first impression. 'Employee 2' attends to me, shows me the apartment, and I tell him that I am interested and want to reserve it. He says perfect, no problem, to go to the office where 'Employee 3' will attend to me, so I head directly to the office without wasting time. Twenty minutes later, I enter the office, and as soon as I identify myself, 'Employee 3' tells me there is a problem: 'the person who saw it first' has already reserved it (by the way, according to him, at the original price at which the ad was published). He says that if I am still interested, I can make the reservation at the second price they set (+€5,000). I decide to reserve it for the additional €5,000. At this point, I smell something fishy; if they told me I was going to see it first, how is it that someone else has seen it first? And, on the other hand, is this an auction? The following Monday, August 19, 2024, I go to the office to check on the situation, speak with 'Employee 2,' and he tells me they still don't know anything but that they should have some news throughout the day and will inform me. A week passes, and I don't receive any calls from them, so on Thursday, the 22nd in the afternoon, I call them to see what’s going on. They inform me that the person who 'reserved first' has also increased their offer by another €5,000, and they tell me they have to refund the €500 I left as a deposit. If I don't worry, they don't even bother to contact me. I feel completely deceived.

Negative experience: They do not comply with the updated housing law in 2023. They try to scam you by inventing management costs (which are terrible by the way) that they make the tenant pay when it is not their responsibility. It's a shame that they take advantage of people like that, they are very shameless. Don't fall for their lies or let them scam you.

Negative experience: THEY DO NOT WORK ACCORDING TO THE HOUSING LAW In May 2023, the housing law changed, and it clearly states that for rental agreements of complete housing and for long-term contracts, it is the landlord who must pay the real estate fees. For Plaza Inmobiliaria, this model is unsustainable because rentals require a lot of work, and they insist that it is the tenant who must pay. They argue that the model of the new law is unsustainable. Despite the law being very clear, they refuse to comply. Please, future tenants, inform yourselves so that you do not pay fees that do not correspond to you. With this, I do not want to criminalize their workers who are just following orders.

Negative experience: After speaking with them and being told the necessary documentation for making a rental, they tell me I have to come to their office to deliver it in person. In 20 minutes I was there, and when I arrived, they told me it was already rented, that it had been a very quick thing. They made me waste my time, in addition to the lack of enthusiasm with which they attended to me and how unpleasant they were. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!

Negative experience: La comercial es de manual de ventas antiguo y los compradores no somos tontos, propone procesos poco éticos como que varios paguen reserva de piso y no se quita el anuncio de venta hasta formalizar más pago, parece una competencia de compradores potenciales, boicotean la compraventa más que ayudar, una pena.
