Negative experience: Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience avec cette agence. Ils nous ont prélevé 95 € pour un sommier soi-disant cassé, alors qu’il s’est simplement affaissé en s’allongeant dessus. Sans preuve, ils ont accusé une personne de 60 ans d’avoir sauté sur le lit, ce qui est totalement absurde. De plus, ils ont remplacé le sommier par un modèle différent, supérieur à l’ancien, sans nous fournir la facture d’origine. Une gestion injuste et non professionnelle. A fuire.

La ubicación muy bien y lo demás un poco probre ,un royo de papel del wc para la semana y he recorrido toda España y nunca me han cobrado por las sábanas y toallas, que creo que con el pastizal que te dejas bien lo vale. Por todo lo demás bien.

Positive experience: Pour nous personnellement nous avons été très satisfaits de l'agence avec un bon service tous les nécessaires pour l'arrivée dans l'appartement (Papier toilette ect..et toutes tes explications qu'il faut pour arriver dans l'appartement) L'appartement était relativement propre, avec une très belle terrasse et une superbe vue sur la mer du côté du port, il n'y avait pas de lave-vaisselle mais cela n'est pas très dérangeant il n'y avait pas de piscine non plus mais cela était signalé sur l'annonce par contre il y avait bien un lave-linge avec une grande douche et une belle salle de bain. Il y avait la clim dans la pièce principale à vivre mais pas dans la chambre du coup il faisait assez chaud dans la chambre, par contre les lits dans la chambre sont de moindre qualité on s'enfonce dedans et on sent les lattes du lit et le canapé dans la salle est avec un lit cigogne donc avec deux étages différents pour dormir sur le canapé de la salle. Il y avait également une légère mauvaise odeur dans la ventilo de la salle de bain. Il y a un ascenseur dans la résidence avec un grand parking en face de la résidence pour se garer mais il faut souvent chercher la place malgré tout. L'appartement est à 400 m de la première plage et à 2 minutes à pied des principaux commerçants. Je recommande ce logement et j'aimerais le relouer à condition et en espérant que les matelas dans la chambre soit changé. Je mets une note de 4 sur 5 en général pour cet appartement la note que j'ai enlevé est dû au matelas de moyenne qualité sinon tout était parfait et je remercie l'agence. Bien cordialement. Fred.P

Negative experience: •A FUIR• !!! Très mauvaise expérience, nous sommes déçus du service. Nous avons payé des frais de ménage pour que au final l’appartement soit DEGUEULASSE, poils de chien et cheveux, douche bouchés , et attention accrochez vous bien, des CAFARDS !!!!! On les a appelé pour leur demander d’envoyer quelqu’un pour solutionner ces problèmes, personne n’est venu. Passez votre chemin.

Negative experience: El apartamento incómodo ,viejo ..puertas mal pintadas y podridas ..baño sucio,las cortinas del baño manchadas de humedad ..sofá incómodo y lleno de manchas,te clavabas todos los muelles ,al igual que la cama ..sin sábanas …eso sí alquiladas …ni un paño de cocina ,cuando te exigen dejar la vasija recogida y limpio ..en fin un sinfín de incomodidades ..por no decir que la recogida y entrega de llaves está a 20 minutos del NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE

Negative experience: Si je pourrais mettre 0 j’aurais mis 0. Très mauvaise expérience avec l’agence Global Immo à Roses. Nous avons été reçus de manière particulièrement désagréable par la personne à l’accueil, Samantha Martos. Dès notre arrivée, elle s’est montrée froide, peu aimable et a répondu à notre demande avec un ton sec et malveillant, comme si nous dérangions. Nous étions venus avec un projet sérieux, mais avons été complètement découragés par cette attitude. Quel regret d’avoir acheté avec cette agence. Ce n’est pas ce que l’on attend d’une agence immobilière, surtout dans un cadre professionnel. Très déçu.

Negative experience: Al llegar, el agua del piso estaba cerrada. No había absolutamente ningún insumo básico: ni papel higiénico, ni jabón, ni esponja, ni encendedor para el gas, ni sábanas, toallas o mantas. El apartamento estaba completamente vacío y mal preparado para recibir huéspedes. Además, el sofá y los utensilios estaban sucios, llenos de mugre y pelos. La primera noche pasamos frío porque no había calefacción ni cobijas. Tuvimos que recoger y devolver las llaves en una oficina distinta al alojamiento, lo cual fue incómodo. Aunque al día siguiente la agencia respondió comprando utensilios nuevos y enviando personal de limpieza, la experiencia en general fue muy mala. La atención al detalle brilla por su ausencia y el servicio parece más pensado en la comodidad de la agencia que en la del usuario. Claramente no están preparados para ofrecer alquileres de corta estancia con un estándar mínimo de hospitalidad.

Fantastic experience: The house is located with a fantastic view to the sea. The setup is absolutly top for 2 families and together 8 persons. We have never rent a house with such a complete kitchen. To the beach with some restaurants you need max. 10 minutes (for the way back due to the hill a little longer).

Positive experience: We already knew the apartment in Residencial Almadrava Platja, rented by Global Immo Roses, from previous stays. The key collection is a bit inconvenient because they don’t come to where the apartment is to hand them over, but you have to go to this agency, which is quite far away. There is another Global Immo agency in the village of Rosas that is much closer, but it is not allowed to collect or return the keys there. The apartment is very well located, just steps away from L'Almadrava Beach, although being on the third line of the urbanization, you can only see a small piece of the beach. Even so, it is a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace looking at the sea. There is a pool for hot days when you don't feel like going to the beach. The apartment is well equipped for living in, and if preferred, on both sides of the beach there are restaurants and beach bars where you can eat very well. It has a parking space and is a few kilometers from the center of Rosas, for better or worse: less overcrowding, but you have to travel a winding road to go to and from the town, which you have to visit if you want to buy anything, although there is a small supermarket about 400 meters away where you can buy the basics. As a somewhat negative point, I would say that too much light comes in through the bedroom window; the shutters do not completely block it out and there are no curtains or blinds. It's not the apartments' fault, but the regulations in force for this year 2024, which due to drought prohibits garden watering, has left them completely parched, which takes away a lot of charm from the complex.

Fantastic experience: Accommodation very well located 4 minutes walk from Canyelles beach. The only downside is the busy street at night which is very noisy, forcing us to keep the windows closed. Otherwise, the apartment is spacious, very well equipped and very clean upon our arrival. I recommend it!

Negative experience: Thieves - to avoid! Avoid this agency, nothing went well: - Charging excessive cleaning fees for a cleaning that was not done, extremely dirty floor, clogged shower... - The apartment is not well equipped: no basic products provided, you have to buy everything yourself (dish soap, soap, unclogging liquid for the shower upon arrival...), not all linens are provided, there was neither a towel nor a bath mat (when we notified them, they offered to have us come pick them up ourselves at their agency on the other side of the city). - You have to go retrieve the keys yourself at their agency which is far, they did not give us all the necessary keys, we were locked out. - Be careful, they made us pay the tourist tax twice (when paying the deposit and then upon handing over the keys), we informed them when returning the keys, the man at the reception suddenly became aggressive and condescending, questioning our word, and then ended up refunding us upon seeing the facts, but his attitude was extremely inappropriate and lacked professionalism. - Regarding our complaint about the €85 cleaning fee for a service not performed, we were ignored while they blamed the owner and suggested we send an email to the agency... an email that of course went unanswered... Expensive and nonexistent services and especially an odious attitude, avoid this agency.

Very responsive after a problem with the reception of channels on the TV, a technician came to fix it during the day. Kind and responsive, nothing to complain about... Bravo and see you next year...

Negative experience: Avoid this agency!!!!! No checks or preparations (apart from cleaning) of the apartment were done. Indeed, the TV was not working even though it was stated in the ad, gas was not set up, almost all the chairs were broken, and the living room shutter wouldn't close (making it difficult to cool down the apartment during high temperatures), and I could go on.... For the gas, the agency sent a technician without notifying us. He entered the apartment when we were not home to connect a new gas bottle, the night before our departure. We discovered this unauthorized visit when we found a new gas bottle in the kitchen. I am questioning the legality of this procedure. The agency does not respond to emails requesting a more significant commercial gesture in light of the high rental cost and the misleading advertising of the ad. An unprofessional agency to avoid if you want to have a stay that matches the proposed announcement.
