Negative experience: Very bad experience. They don't investigate anything about the person you are going to rent your property to. They don't make an inventory of what you leave in the property.

Negative experience: You can't stay with two families at the same time, arriving 40 minutes late in the freezing cold without notifying, and then asking me to wait because the other family is scheduled earlier. That kind of attitude gives me very little trust, of course I didn't stay. My time is valuable too, gentlemen.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it at all. Instead of helping you buy a property, they deceive you and confuse you at their convenience. They are not effective at all. You ask them to send a counteroffer and they don't do it, which means you end up losing what could have been your future home. And the best part is that they are not able to recognize their own flaws, they blame the entities they work with, and they can't even agree among themselves to lie. They do not care about the client, they just look to be lazy. It is very clear that they care very little about their clients' dreams.

Negative experience: No sin profesionales estuvimos más de 2 h esperando el sábado por qué ponía que habrían a las 16:15 hasta las 20:00 lo hacen para hacer publicidad del escaparate ? Se an perdido un cliente potencial por qué buscaba un inmueble para comprar

Negative experience: No son claros, no responden a las ofertas, parece q esconden algo. Mal, muy mal

Negative experience: La persona que quedamos para ver un inmueble, pésima actitud, sin ganas , interés, 2 dudas que tuve no supo contestar, ya sin entrar en las condiciones que se encontraba la vivienda.... Una vergüenza

Negative experience: Profesionalidad nula sobre todo por parte de una de las empleadas. Falta de conocimientos sobre temas de inmobiliaria, malas contestaciones, impuntualidad y desinterés. Ninguna disculpa por su parte tras haber quedado a una hora para entregar una señal y no presentarse, además de solo recibir malas contestaciones por expresar nuestra inconformidad. Lamentable. Una lastima que haya gente que confíe su piso en ellos, realmente el piso era bueno y por este trato no se escogió.

Negative experience: Doy una estrella ya que no se puede poner menos. El trato al cliente pésimo por parte de una de sus empleadas. Malas contestaciones, falta de interés e impuntualidad exigida por ella misma, tanto para ver el piso como para reservarlo. Lo único bueno que saco de esta inmobiliaria es haberme dado cuenta antes de entregar la señal de todo esto.

Negative experience: Es una vergüenza!! El trato del personal es irrespetuoso , si les llamas porque tienes algún problema con el piso tardan 3 semanas en mandarte a alguien para que te lo arregle aunque estés sin agua caliente. La peor inmobiliaria de burgos sin duda.

Negative experience: Esta tarde he llamado por teléfono para preguntar por un piso y la chica que me respondió al teléfono, ante mi pregunta de ¿qué puedo hacer en mi situación?, me respondió que 'buscarme la vida', de una forma muy poco profesional e irrespetuosa ya que en todo momento yo le hablé con respeto planteándole mi situación con educación.

Negative experience: Muy decepcionante.
