Negative experience: Les conocí por una vivienda que tenían a la venta en idealista la cual queríamos comprar, fuimos a su oficina para hacer la reserva de la casa, pero nos dijeron que no nos podían hacer la reserva sin antes hacer la visita a la casa y que antes de mí habían más personas por verlas. Entendimos y respetamos su forma de trabajar, pero nos fuimos con una mala impresión ya que tenemos 3 pisos y es la primera inmobiliaria que rechaza una reserva solo porque no habíamos visitado la vivienda. Al día siguiente me llamaron para hacer una visita diciéndome que sería la primera persona en verlo ( vuelvo y le digo más que la visita me interesa hacer la reserva porque tenemos claro que la vamos a comprar), cuando llegamos allí ya estaban otras personas viéndolo, nos hicieron esperar fuera hasta que termine la visita y pasado 10-15 minutos sale y nos dice ya lo siento, pero la visita que está ahora me acaba de hacer una reserva cualquier cosa sois los segundos ya si eso le llamamos y con la misma tuvimos que irnos sin siquiera ver la casa. La historia está resumida, pero desde el principio sentí que solo me estaban mareando y al final solo me hicieron perder el tiempo
