Negative experience: Good day, I want to discuss my experience which has been the worst of my life. I reside in Mexico and wanted to sell a property in Bilbao without probate. They told me there was no problem and that I didn't need the authorization of all the heirs since I was the executor. However, 3 days before the deadline for the purchase after the option contract, the Ares de Parga notary asked me for the authorization from the other heirs, leaving me with no way out. I have been in this process for over a year and a half, and I had to hire a lawyer in Mexico because the other heirs sued me for lack of authorization, and now they want me to cover all the expenses, which I find completely unfair since they found a buyer without the authorization of all the heirs, and I fully trusted them. My life since then has been and continues to be a hell.
