Negative experience: Inmobiliaria poco ética que se aprovecha de la indefensión del inquilino . No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria, solo miran por el beneficio de la persona propietaria. Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy mala, después de haber estado de alquiler durante casi tres años pagando rigurasamente y sin tener ningun tipo de problema, han querido quedarse con nuestro dinero de la manera más ruin posible. Dos meses después de firmar el contrato del fin de alquiler con las dos partes presentes donde no se dejo constancia de ningún desperfecto que afectase a la fianza, nos llega un email con una factura de 4300€, diciéndonos que además de quedarse con nuestra fianza, debíamos abonar la parte restante. En la factura, donde se justificaban todos los gastos, figuraban desperfectos que ya estaban cuando entramos a vivir ( tenemos fotos que lo demuestran), muebles que en su día de acordó retirar de la vivienda ( hay emails que lo demuestran) por estar apolillados, desgastes ocasionados por el uso normal de la vivienda, etc. Hemos estado meses intentando llegar a un acuerdo con ellos y no ha habido manera. No nos ha quedado otra que hacer un contraperitaje sobre el informe recibido, no teniamos opción de entrar a la vivienda para corroborar los daños que se nos achacan dos meses después. No nos han pedido ni un euro de la parte restante del dinero, por mucho que nos hayan amenazado y lo sigan haciendo (es su manera de lidiar como intermediarios) solo fue una artimaña para quedarse con nuestra fianza que a día de hoy la damos por perdida. Su presupuesto ha sido abusivo en todos los aspectos, por una mesa auxiliar Lack de Ikea de 9€ fácilmente reconocible por tod@s, nos piden 60€+ IVA ( para que os hagais una idea de como ha sido todo lo demás).Han jugado con nosotros, sabían que por esa cantidad de dinero, 680€ de fianza, no íbamos a ir a juicio. En los tiempos que corren no merece la pena, ya que como nos indicó nuestro abogado los gastos que conlleva el proceso de un juicio son sumamente mayores que la propia fianza.Ha sido una situación que nos ha generado mucha impotencia y frustración, nos hemos sentido engañados. Además, durante nuestra estancia hemos tenido unas humedades terrorificas que han llegado incluso a afectar a nuestra salud. Humedades que no se nos notificaron cuando entramos al piso y que conocían perfectamente tal y como nos indicaron varios vecinos. La inmobiliaria solventó el problema pintando todas las paredes y no diciendo nada al respecto. No dudo que no tardaran en responder a este comentario con las palabras muy estudiadas para limpiar la imagen de su inmobiliaria, en eso también tienen experiencia.
