Negative experience: Mi experiencia con la Inmobiliaria Somera ha sido, sinceramente, muy negativa. Durante el proceso de compraventa del piso cometieron varios errores importantes: se equivocaron en la cantidad que debía pagar en la firma de los contratos, no asumieron sus responsabilidades en relación con los vicios ocultos y, además, ocultaron información relevante. A esto se sumó una comunicación poco profesional y con malos tratos, especialmente por parte de Charo, lo que hizo todo el proceso aún más difícil y desagradable. En contraste, quiero destacar la actitud de Claudia, que en todo momento fue profesional, correcta y respetuosa. Una experiencia muy decepcionante.

Negative experience: Una atención pésima. Hemos estado de alquiler un año y ha sido una experiencia nefasta y muy estresante. No se hacen cargo de los problemas. No hacen de mediadores entre el propietario y los inquilinos. No recomendaría nunca esta inmobiliaria. Es una vergüenza el trato que hemos recibido. Finalizamos el contrato en junio y no han querido darnos de baja en el contrato de luz y gas y nos han cobrado los gastos de julio y agosto. Es una vergüenza la gestión que tienen de los problemas, no solo los inquilinos del piso alquilado, sino los del edificio también estaban hartos de que no se hicieran responsables de los problemas. Hemos estado viviendo unos estudiantes y unos italianos, parecía que por ser jóvenes y no controlar bien el castellano que nos trataban de tontos y nos intentaban encasquetar facturas que no nos correspondían. Nada recomendable.

Negative experience: Desagradables al teléfono. Buscar un alquiler es difícil, y encima toparse con una telefonista que te hablé despectivamente y pregunta sobre ingresos de forma muy prepotente. Es vergonzoso.

Negative experience: Contratación muy rápida, algunos inconvenientes durante 5 años, y el cierre del contrato, nefasto. En la Calle Urazurrutia 11, planta 7, tuve un piso alquilado con Ángel Urriz. En el momento de entrar, no cambiaron el colchón, en mal estado e infantil 70x160. Durante el alquiler, todo fue relativamente bien excepto cuando se estropeaba algo, ya que tardaba en arreglarlo; - La nevera, una semana hasta que la pidió; en total, dos semanas comprando y tirando comida porque no se podía conservar. - El microondas era muy viejo y se empezó a oxidar por dentro, casi un mes. La peor parte vino cuando fui a dejar el piso. Lo revisé con Claudia de la inmobiliaria y Ángel, propietario. Acordamos que Ángel me compraba algunos aparatos que yo dejaba en el piso y no necesitaba (Aire acondicionado, calefacción y por supuesto un canapé arcón, porque nunca se cambió la cama infantil). Posteriormente quedé con Claudia ya con el piso totalmente vacío y limpio para entregar las llaves. Ella misma hizo el comentario de que estaba muy limpio. La sorpresa llegó en el momento de firmar con Àngel la finalización del alquiler y me dijo que me descontaba parte de la fianza porque había ido a limpiar una persona ya que el piso no estaba limpio. Pensaba literalmente que era una broma. Pero así fue, me descontaron finalmente un dinero excusándose en que lo podía hacer porque así lo pone en el contrato, sin que Claudia comentase nada ni hiciese de mediadora en el asunto. Cabe destacar que, como inquilino, en el momento de entrar pagué una comisión correspondiente a una cuota de alquiler a la inmobiliaria, pero entiendo que Ángel sigue siendo su cliente y yo no. Por tanto la mediación no interesa, inclinándose por la postura de lo que dice el propietario. Por último, he solicitado la factura de la limpieza del piso, la respuesta es que no me la pueden dar porque no han hecho factura. Espero que la próxima vez que alguien quiera alquilar en Inmobiliaria Somera, se lo piense dos veces porque no hacen de mediadores, estás expuesto a lo que diga y quiera cobrar el propietario.
