Positive experience: Vaig comprar un pis amb l’ajuda de la Noelia i l’atenció i el tracte per part seva sempre han estat excel·lents. Vam tenir un procés de compraventa amb molts entrebancs i ella sempre es va mantenir en contacte i amb bona predisposició. Li estic agraïda per l'acompanyament i a ella li donaria 5 estrelles. Negative experience: I contacted Gaudí House regarding a commercial space. We scheduled a visit and then asked if we could change the date because we couldn't come. The salesperson never responded to our request. In the end, we went to the visit at the original time. The ad states 225m2. The plan indicates 175m2, of which 30m2 are not rentable. Therefore, there is an 80m2 difference between the ad and reality. The ad states a rental price of €1700. Over the phone, we were informed that the price is €2200. There is no lack of seriousness more than this. I definitely do NOT recommend working with them.
Negative experience: They are thieves. They issue fake invoices to charge for services they do not provide. They do not respond at all unless they are pressured. The apartments are not in good condition. It is regrettable that places like this still exist.

Negative experience: This real estate agency wants to scam you by charging for a service they call a personal shopper. They tried to charge us 1,600 euros to rent an apartment that costs one thousand euros, knowing that it is illegal under the new rental regulations in Barcelona. They practically told us to pay that amount to close the deal and not refer any more candidates to the landlord. They waste our time; we spent all day viewing the apartment and then they called us to the office and came up with these things.

Positive experience: I liked it. I recommend visiting during the day and in sunny weather. Since we went one rainy day, with a gray sky, and then another day with sun, the difference is overwhelming!
Negative experience: Be very careful... They legally tricked us. The lovely girls take advantage of young people who are desperate to find housing and paint the reservation of an apartment saying that the payment will be refunded if you don't want it in the end, and when you read the fine print of the contract, there comes the surprise... It makes me sad because I was very happy with the service we were given, which suddenly turned super hostile as soon as things didn't go the way they wanted. In the end, it's the same old story, real estate agencies taking advantage of people. Edit* Since they don't let me respond to their comment, we talk about deception because we were discussing the payment of the reservation, and several times we were told in person that the money would be refunded without any problem if WE STOPPED BEING INTERESTED, and then the contract stated otherwise. What a pity.
Buenas tardes, Los tres compañeros vinisteis a la agencia para reservar un piso, aceptando las condiciones de la reserva. Nosotros como agencia, bloqueamos esta vivienda sin organizar más visitas hasta que el propietario revisara vuestra documentación. Lo que hicísteis vosotros días después fue cancelar la reserva diciendo que ya no os interesaba el piso. Por ese motivo perdísteis vuestra reserva, porque fue decisión vuestra desistir del acuerdo que firmásteis en el momento en el que realizásteis la reserva. No entendemos porqué hablan de engaño. Hicieron una reserva que al final no llevaron a cabo porque vieron otro piso que les interesó más.

Negative experience: The worst thing that has happened to me. Do not call or come to this real estate agency. They do not respect data protection policies and ask for your personal information (phone number, names, income) before providing any information about the apartment. And after having your information, they say that the apartment is occupied and will send you other listings. Without asking for permission!!!!!! If I call, it is to get information now, not to be put on their list and receive advertisements!!! It is shameful. Now I will have this company on my blacklist. I do not recommend it to anyone.
Buenos días Olga, Sentimos que se haya llevado una experiencia tan mala. Cuando publicamos un piso, cada propietario nos exige ciertos requisitos para aceptar un perfil de inquilino y por eso hacemos ciertas preguntas a los interesados para ver si luego el propietario les aceptaría como inquilino o no. Cuando vemos que al propietario no le encaja un perfil, intentamos ayudar al cliente ofreciéndole otro piso de nuestra cartera en el momento de la llamada o después envándole un mail o Whatsapp cuando nos entra una vivienda y nos parece que le puede encajar.

Negative experience: Regrettable situation that I had to live with GAUDI HOUSE. At no point did they support me, finding myself in the most unbelievable situations, such as blocking my phone so I would stop claiming my deposit, which was returned late and with added damages. Regrettable lack of commercial interest that led them to block me, apartment in poor condition that they rented to me (avda Pompeu Fabra n 2-4 in Barcelona in poor condition full of water leaks), I do not recommend this agency at all.
Hola Ignacio,Respecto al procedimiento de devolución de fianza, la gestión administrativa de la agencia se encarga de realizar la solicitud ante el INCASOL, quien devuleve la fianza a la parte arrendadora, cuando el inquilino realiza el check-out junto al propietario, este tiene un mes para comprobar que se encuentra todo en orden y libre deudas, en caso de que se presenten averias o desperfectos a solventar, este periodo se podría extender hasta confirmar que todo esta correcto, recodar que este procedimiento ya le corresponde a la parte arrendadora, los comerciales no tienen influencia en esta parte.Saludos
