Negative experience: We had a horrible experience with Aproperties. This started from the beginning when they put undue pressure on us to quickly sign the documents and send over the first payment. They were unresponsive about the issues we found at the house and finally at the time of returning the deposit, they came up with excuses to not give us our money back. We are international students and we felt that we were being taken advantage of. Finally, after fighting for months, we got our money back. Then a few months later they came back and told us that there is an unpaid gas bill, which is a significant amount and way too much for a house of our side. They threatened legal action and so we ultimately paid it. Stay away from this company if you can. They take advantage of you and try to get as much money from you as possible. Interactions with them were also rude and we really felt that they way discriminating against us and taking advantage of us. There are other agencies in Barcelona that you can use, but stay away from this one.
We are sorry that your perception was not positive, Priyanjali. However, we believe it is necessary to clarify that aProperties acted at all times solely as an intermediary, without decision-making authority over the deposit amounts, which were determined by the property owner. We also acted as an intermediary with the utility provider Endesa, submitting a formal claim, which led to a partial review of the amount initially charged. Unfortunately, Endesa ultimately refused to modify the final amount.
We believe this review does not objectively reflect the management carried out or the actions taken by aProperties.

No obstante, consideramos necesario aclarar que aProperties actuó en todo momento únicamente como intermediaria, sin capacidad de decisión sobre los importes de la fianza, que fueron determinados por la propiedad. Además, también ejercimos como intermediarios con la comercializadora Endesa, realizando una reclamación formal y gracias a lo cual se logró una revisión parcial del importe inicialmente reclamado por vuestra parte, que lamentablemente Endesa desestimó modificar.
Consideramos que la reseña no refleja de forma objetiva la gestión realizada ni las actuaciones llevadas a cabo por aProperties.

Negative experience: We had an extremely negative and toxic experience with AP Properties Barcelona. Their processes lack transparency, and as international tenants, we felt misled and cheated. It became clear that their primary focus was collecting money rather than providing fair or ethical service. The team was highly unprofessional and showed little regard for basic ethics. Forget about your deposit money, they will not return it. We strongly advise others—especially international tenants—to avoid this agency.

Negative experience: As many other comments have suggested, APropoerties goes out of their way to make you feel valued while you are searching for your apartment, but the moment you sign the lease, they completely change. Here is a summary of what happened during our stay: 1. We signed a 24 month lease, and they forced us to sign as a short term lease rather than a long term lease and even forced us to lie on the contract and state that we were not using the apartment as permanent residency. This was a flat out lie and it was done so that they could charge us the agency fee. When we challeged them on this they told us we either had to take the terms as they were offered or we couldn't take the apartment. 2. It was supposed to be a fully furnished and equipped apartment, however it was not and we had to purchase many things. (including all kitchen items). They made reimbursing of these purchsaes a hassle and we only got the money by discouting the payment on our next month's rent. 3. The apartment was not clean on move-in and we had to hire a cleaning service. Again, we only got this covered because we discounted it from our rent on our own. 4. Several maintanence issues were reported on move-in day and they were not taken care of for almost 2 months and this was only taken care of becuase we withheld our rent from them until they fixed the issues. 5. Every time we complained to the agent who we signed with about issues, she told us that the leasing and property management are two different parts of agency and there was nothing she can do. This is ridiculous... It's the same company! 6. We did not receive our security deposit in the legal 30 days and when I called to inqure about this the person I spoke with seemed very annoyed that I was asking and said "that's the owner's responsiblity and we asked her, but she hasn't answered, what do you want us to do about it?". I was schocked that they were annoyed that we were asking for our 5.500€! We ended up having to get lawyers involved and finally received only 4.300€ out of the original 5.500€. They discounted around 850€ of repair issues without any photos or evidene! And they charged us a 350€ clearning fee even though we paid for a cleaning the day before we moved out and left everything in great condition. I understand that the owner is the one who manages the security deposit, but Aproperties did absolutely nothing to ehlep us in this matter and even seemed annoyed when we asked for help! I will NEVER consider using Aproperties again and warn everyone against using them. Thankfully it seems the laws regarding rental properties in Spain is about to change again to protect short term renters so they will no longer be able to take advantage of poeople in this way. If anyone is considering renting at Sardenya 555, I would highly recommend avoiding it! Regardless of if you are willing to take a chance with Aproperties, the owner of this appartment is an extremely dishonest person and essentially stole 1.200€ from us. On a final note, I did apply for another property with AProperties before our lease was up and was rejected because I am not a Spanish passport holder. This is completey against the law! I understand it is the owner's decision, but that gives you an idea of the type of people that Aproperties is representing.

Negative experience: No cumplió con lo estipulado en el contrato sobre la descripción del alquiler de un apartamento en Palma de Mallorca. No hubo agua caliente en el apartamento durante tres meses. No hubo ventilación en el apartamento durante tres meses, con una temperatura de 30 grados en verano.

Fantastic experience: Vendí mi piso por medio de Aproperties y debo decir que todo fué bien y estoy muy satisfecho. El trato recibido por parte de todo el equipo ha sido siempre correcto, especialmente Dalila que es una gran profesional, dedicada y que llevó todo el proceso de venta de manera impecable. Fantastic experience: I worked together with Emma Marquez and had a great experience when selling my flat, she negotiated a good price, her communication was always quick and she is highly motivated and ambitious to meet the clients needs. Negative experience: Experiencia mediocre y bastante absurda. Visité un local que parecía ideal para mi actividad profesional, intercambiamos mensajes, visita, me proyecté en el espacio… y después de todo esto descubro que en realidad es un inmueble fantasma: la agencia ni siquiera puede contactar a la propietaria. Entonces cuál es el sentido de hacer visitas si no existe ninguna posibilidad real de alquilar el lugar? Tuve que relanzar varias veces para obtener información y la respuesta final fue literalmente: “no podemos contactar con la dueña”. Muchísima dejadez, cero interés y una pérdida total de tiempo para profesionales que buscan un espacio serio. No entiendo cómo funciona un sistema donde se enseñan locales que no se pueden alquilar.

Gracias por su comentario. Tiene razón en que la propiedad estuvo ilocalizable, pero en ocasiones esto ocurre y, lamentablemente, no siempre depende de nosotros. Aun así, le pedimos disculpas por las molestias que esto le pudo ocasionar.

Fantastic experience: Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Julie Blanc de chez Aproperties Real Estates situé sur Passeo de Gracia à Barcelone, qui a été absolument exceptionnelle. A l'écoute des mes attentes, professionnelle, humaine, protectrice, très disponible, aussi bien avant la vente qu'après. Elle m'accompagne toujours aujourd'hui. Grâce à Julie, la vente de mon appartement a été fluide du début à la fin, ce qui est très rare dans l'immobilier. Je lui renouvelle toute ma considération. Negative experience: My experience with this agency was terrible. After moving out, there were long delays in transferring utility bills and returning my deposit — nearly 90% was withheld with limited explanation. Communication was poor, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get basic updates. I also felt that some interactions were disrespectful and lacked integrity especially if you’re not white or Spanish. I would recommend anyone and everyone to avoid this because even if you document everything well they will twist and lie over the same email chain a hundred times over till you get tired of chasing them. Their strategy is to just tire you out especially if you have work and other commitments to tend to and cannot make it your life’s mission to get back your money Edit : Responding to the comment from aproperties. You still owe me money for the delays in bills transfer for which I have been chasing you over email for weeks. Instead of replying to comments here with your imaginary stories about how it takes over 1000 euros to clean an apartment of “clothing”. How about you pay me the amount due for the bills I paid while I wasn’t staying in the apartment. It doesn’t matter what you say on here. The experience of your other clients along with my review is what people actually value. Stop this petty behaviour, pay me the money I’m owed and be professional ! You have had time to write this detailed response but you don’t have 2 minutes to actually do the needful. This says enough about your lack of integrity and character.

However, regarding your comments, the deposit was returned within the legally mandated 30-day period. All invoices and photographs of the apartment's condition were sent to you upon check-in and check-out. As you know, the apartment was handed over in very poor condition, with decomposing clothing and food, requiring a special and thorough cleaning, beyond what we typically perform in other properties.
Furthermore, the terrace awning was damaged; it was neither repaired nor replaced, and the countertop was rendered unusable due to direct cuts to its surface.
Finally, we categorically reject any suggestion of disrespectful or discriminatory treatment; we treat all our clients, whether national or international, with the same respect and professionalism.

Hola Teena, ante todo, disculparnos por cualquier molestia o malentendido ocasionado.
Pero, de acuerdo con sus comentarios, en primer lugar, la fianza fue devuelta dentro del plazo legal de 30 días. Se le enviaron todas las facturas y fotografías del estado del piso al check-in y check-out. Como usted sabe, el apartamento se entregó en muy malas condiciones de limpieza, con ropa y alimentos en descomposición, y fue necesario realizar una limpieza especial y profunda, más allá de las que gestionamos habitualmente en otras propiedades.
Además, se dañó el toldo de la terraza, no se reparó ni sustituyó y la encimera quedó inutilizable por cortes directos sobre su superficie.
Por último, remarcar que rechazamos categóricamente cualquier insinuación de trato irrespetuoso o discriminatorio; atendemos con el mismo respeto y profesionalidad a todos nuestros clientes, sean nacionales o extranjeros.

Negative experience: Since check-in, the administration has shown little concern for customer requests. The interaction with them has been very frustrating. They have been unable to make simple repairs in the flat for 4 months or address other issues raised and don’t seem to care. Communication and overall interaction becomes very poor once you sign the contract and check in.

First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. The repair was handled as quickly as possible, although the process took a little longer than usual until the owner approved the estimate. The intercom was inspected and finally replaced, resolving the issue. The remaining issues were cosmetic and did not affect the apartment's habitability: a slightly warped old door, small holes in the wall, and a shower screen profile that simply needed to be secured.
Regarding the noise, the apartment is located on Aragón Street and features original wooden windows, part of the charm of a classic Eixample apartment. We understand that not all tenants are looking for this type of property, which is why we always recommend viewing the apartment before renting. Many other tenants have enjoyed the apartment without any problems.

La reparación se gestionó con la mayor diligencia posible, aunque el proceso se extendió algo más de lo habitual hasta recibir la aprobación del presupuesto por parte de la propiedad. El interfono fue revisado y finalmente sustituido, solucionando el problema. El resto de las incidencias eran de carácter estético y no afectaban la habitabilidad del piso: una puerta antigua ligeramente combada, pequeños agujeros en la pared y el perfil de una mampara que solo requería ser fijado.
Respecto al ruido, el piso se encuentra en la calle Aragón y cuenta con ventanas de madera originales, parte del encanto de una vivienda clásica del Eixample. Entendemos que no todos los inquilinos buscan este tipo de propiedad, por eso siempre recomendamos visitar el piso antes de alquilar. Muchos otros inquilinos han disfrutado de la vivienda sin inconvenientes.

Negative experience: My experience working with Sonia has been extremely disappointing. I understand the long-term housing market is under pressure, but her lack of communication throughout the process has been unacceptable. After asking a few reasonable questions and requesting to work with another agent, she stopped responding entirely. I had to follow up again, at which point she replied that I could change agents but the conditions would remain the same. Shortly after, she informed me that the apartment had been reserved. Leaving a client unanswered during such an important process is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the agency.

Negative experience: While getting the apartment was seamless, everything else was a nightmare. Property management consists of mostly ignoring tenants. They will keep part of your deposit past the legal time, and make up fake charges for repairs, despite a prefect walkthrough. I wouldn't hire them as a landlord and I wouldn't rent from them. If you do, use your deposit to cover your last few months rent to ensure you are not screwed by a system that does not protect tenants at all.
Hello Barb, Sorry for any misunderstanding that may have occurred, but as we have already discussed with you, everything is perfectly justified. First of all, 72,50 has been deducted from the total deposit for the repair of a shutter(*), 100€ have been withheld pending receipt of the last gas bill(**). As you know, you returned the apartment with 5 bulbs out. The cost of replacing the bulbs was €72.60, which had to be deducted from your bill, because the replacement of some bulbs is part of the maintenance, and the property decided to assume the cost of the repair. (*)We discounted an invoice of 72,50€ for the repair of a shutter. The shutter was stuck at check out and the lease indicates that the repair of a shutter is the responsibility of the tenant. During the check out, and also in writing, we asked him that if he had reported at the beginning of the lease that the shutter was not working, the bill would not be deducted. He never sent any document to justify it. (**) The supplies were in the name of the property and the invoices were passed on to her for her to pay. At the end of the contract she was told that we were waiting to receive the last gas bill, so taking into account her usual consumption (the last gas bill was 170€), an estimate of 100€ was made for the 14 days she had been in the apartment. Finally, the deposit was deposited at Incasol and they took a long time to return it. Obviously Aproperties is pending the refund and we can confirm that the refund, which had to be returned within a maximum of 30 days, was returned after 33 days. The reason for the delay is that the transfer was ordered on a Thursday, Friday was a holiday and the transfer was not processed until Monday. For this reason it was returned 72 hours late.

Negative experience: Samantha showed us new flats in Esplugas. They seemed nice, except she failed to mention that Onixrenta is one of those companies where they do not provide basic power until you switch your accounts like most human beings would. The flats were actually not even power ready, so we have to live 14 days without power. Normally, when people get a new flat, the rental company covers for the first 14 days so that you can switch your accounts. However, because she did not show up to the closing session. She rides the bus or even asks you to take her to your session. Never in my life have I asked my clients for a ride. She will make you feel good in her presence, smile, and be generally positive. However, behind the scenes she is clueless, and does not care to know what she does not know. If she did care, she would have noticed that these new buildings are not even wired for internet (no fiber), and that the basic electricity is not configured. If she cared to know her material, she would have known to ask these questions. In most developed nations, you cannot live in a place that is not even ready for power! She knows this, yet decided not know or take initiative. Lots of smiles, just no action. Very very reckless, misleading, harmful, and deceitful.

Since the first visit to the property, you were informed that you had to start the procedure to register the supplies, as the flat is a new construction and that it was essential to have a NIE. We have helped you as much as we could, but the inconveniences caused by the registration of these supplies, unfortunately, are not under our control, as they are procedures that must be done by the tenant himself with the personal documentation requested by the company for the registration of the corresponding services.
Negative experience: Samantha is the best at making you feel confident, then pulling the rug out from under your feet. If you enjoy waiting for your agent to get off the bus or like taking her in your car, then Samantha is for you! She is amazing at small talk. You will feel loved. Just make sure you read those documents, because she is not. She does not know her craft, unless that craft is duping people into flats with no power connections or internet!

Negative experience: I initially had positive experience with the agent as a seller, because she did try very hard to get the business. However, after the buyer pulled out from the deal last minute becuase of his personal reason, the agent got upset and became passive agressive toward me (excuse me? why?). The agent could use sickness as a reason if she responded late, but if I responded to her late, she would tell me I did not respect her (wow!). What kind of agent is this?! She talked to me as if she was the boss, lol. I have come across with many agents in the world, and this agent has the worst attitude. Choose your agent wisely.

Negative experience: I bought an apartment before the rains and the 'hidden defects' came to light. Under the skylight, I could see during the visits that there was water leakage but it was dry for a while, and they told me that with the repair done, it was resolved. But after the purchase, the rains came and the water leaked, furthermore, there was another leak in the hallway affecting the circuit breaker, making it trip. I immediately contacted the salesperson and just as she wrote: 'WHAT YOU CAN DO IS TAKE OUT INSURANCE QUICKLY AND WHEN YOU HAVE IT NOTIFY THE CIRCUIT BREAKER CUT SO THAT THEY CAN RESOLVE IT FOR YOU.' What outrageousness! I contacted the previous owner, Font Inmo, with a copy to Núria González from Aproperties who to this day has not commented nor shown any interest in the situation. Since they must have received the commission, what happens afterwards does not matter to them. In situations like this, one appreciates who is a good person above all; they seemed so while they were deceiving me, but they turned out to be neither good people nor professionals. Soon, the notary who knows the company's executives will know what kind of people work there. Be careful when renting/buying, these are people, I opine on the two with whom we managed the purchase, they have no scruples at all when it comes to lying and manipulating reality.

Negative experience: If you can avoid it, DO NOT RENT from aPropeties. If you own an apartment and want a quiet life and happy tenants, USE ANOTHER REALTOR. Since living in a building managed by aPropeties, I have never been treated in such a shabby way by a real estate agency. This in an excerpt from the long list of problems which aProperties have not resolved in 9 months. * Flat handed over dirty, toilet was literally full of human waste and I was almost sick having to clean it * Problems with loud, high-pitched noises from air conditioning, reported immediately, never resolved * EUR 1850 deducted from my account in error for 2 consecutive months, as well as my own rent, sending my account over drawn * EUR 80 added to my account in March, and the deducted again in April * Problems with noise of water pipes reported immediately, was fobbed off “this is normal”. Contractor finally attended in April, and within 5 minutes reports that the installation of water pipes has not been done properly. However, still waiting for it to be fixed. * Noise from cooker extraction reported in March, still waiting for it to be fixed in May * Never given a key to the roof terrace, despite having been promised since the day I moved in, and told in writing at least 4 times since then * When signed lease for flat, I was expressly told, verbally and in writing, that building was finer optic ready and I just need to call provider and connect. This was an OUTRIGHT LIE. There was no finer optic to the building and I had extreme difficulty doing my job. Repeatedly ignored by Aproperties and had to contact owner directly If you value a peaceful life, you will go somewhere else to rent.

I contacted them to see an apartment on Laforja street 30 in Barcelona and the agent told me that if I didn’t pay their commission, they couldn't show me the property. Fortunately, another real estate agency handled it and I was able to visit it. I already informed the owner and habitatge...disappointed.

Negative experience: My family rented an apartment through this agency, and when we moved out a year later, the owner did not return my deposit for 2 months, after which I was charged 1117 euros for things that he claimed were damaged or missing. I note that there was no inventory upon concluding the contract. They provided me with only photographs, according to which nothing was missing or damaged in the apartment. Now the agency is not helping us in any way to sort everything out and recover our money, instead, they send us to the apartment owners, who in turn refuse to comment on anything. As a matter of honor, I now have to go to court. Furthermore, the owner added maintenance and biomass bills, even though the contract only specifies electricity, water, and internet, which he also does not want to remove from the budget. We have asked the agency for help repeatedly, but unfortunately, it was in vain. I do not recommend anyone to contact this real estate agency. I also want to show them the state of the apartment's bathrooms, as water was constantly leaking from there; they just made holes and did not fix anything. We also asked the agency staff to help us, and we asked the owners to fix all of this, but they ignored us.

Si bien no es nuestra responsabilidad la gestión de la fianza, tal como está estipulado en el contrato de arrendamiento, es la parte arrendadora quien debe hacer la gestión y devolución de esta según situación. Como bien sabe, le hemos estado dando respuesta a cada una de sus consultas, atendiéndole de manera personal en nuestra oficina y también en la de los propietarios.

Negative experience: Very disappointing. After weeks of waiting for responses, lack of communication on their part, and two failed bookings, I do not recommend it. After providing them with all the information about my family, the first booking failed because the agent went on vacation and the new person in charge didn’t know we had pets. The second failed because the agent didn’t inform the owner of the date we needed to start in the apartment. It was a distressing process; they gave me confusing and unclear information. They also made me feel like they were doing me a favor when in reality, I was paying for an extremely expensive service. Not recommended.

Negative experience: Mila loves and lies to get you to sign the contract, then Nadir shows up, Nadir responds, neither the salesperson nor the management I asked to speak to. They argued that they are just intermediaries for renting and nothing more. They are scammers, it's a shame.

Negative experience: THEY SCREW YOU OVER THE DEPOSIT. Angela the manager simply detailed to us that the oven was dirty and the hood was as well. Then she sends us a bill of 175 euros for cleaning the apartment and now she informs us that repairs are being made in the apartment when the only thing she told us was that a drawer was broken because it didn’t close properly. I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY DISPOSE OF OUR DEPOSIT SO FREELY, with exaggerated amounts and without prior consultation. A DISASTER
Negative experience: Update 3.5 years later: No improvement on stars. The source of all evil is the developer who built the building at Corsega 480, which practically falls apart (water damage, bad quality materials, bad or no maintenance). The agency and the associated workers are extremely unprofessional, unorganised and never on time. It took two months to fix a shower properly during summer! Constant arguments then about who is at fault, who needs to pay etc and in the end of course a long list of things (some right / some wrong) or things to deduct from the deposit. Stay away from the building and the agency, you’ll have a happier life. Very nice houses and they say yes to everything to close quick deals. Then quite a lot of care, the service received is quite bad. They take ages (8 weeks so far) to get things done (repairs, key copies, agreed minor works etc) despite weekly follow-ups. They don’t even provide dates. For an agency that wants to market itself as a luxury service, they fall short by a long shot, and they charge above the usual fees in the market. Second and last time I work with them.
Negative experience: The least serious real estate agency we have encountered in Barcelona. We met with the agent, M.A., and she got the apartment we wanted to visit wrong. To make matters worse, she assumed (we don't know if it was due to our age or attire) that we did not have enough financial capacity to purchase the visited apartment... speaking poorly to us and complaining, literally, that we were wasting her time... nonexistent professionalism and unpleasant treatment: nothing that can be salvaged from this agency. Of course, we inform all our acquaintances about the bad treatment received.
Fantastic experience: The experience with Aproperties and especially with the advisor Carme Siñol has been very satisfactory. During the buying and selling process, she has promptly and resolutely responded to any doubts or questions we had, and has offered her collaboration at all times, with empathy and always kind treatment. She made everything easy for us. It's a pleasure to meet true professionals who, in stressful processes like these, know how to convey security and willingness. Negative experience: Be careful if you are tenants, it is evident that the preferred customer in this agency is the owner. In our case, they took advantage of the deposit to thoroughly clean the house (something they didn’t do before we moved in) and to cover damages that were already there or that we didn’t cause (a thermostat that was working perfectly when we left or stains on the wall that were already there). And we received this surprise obviously on the very last day of the deadline for the return of the deposit, what a coincidence.

Negative experience: I believe that the staff needs to show professionalism and not the opposite. And if a customer calls and is informed by a salesperson, this information must be true. Besides, they make you wait for days and days and at the last second change the rules and conditions. This creates a significant disadvantage for the customer. I do not recommend working with this company because there are many others that are in line with what they say and what they do.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. We left the apartment in perfect condition, even with more furniture than there was, and when we left, they deceived us with the deposit. Despite insisting, the inspection was done without us being present, which left us with several surprises. They charged us for painting costs caused by dampness that were not our responsibility and exaggerated cleaning costs, plus at the last moment they pulled out the claim of a broken thermostat that we still don't know when it supposedly broke, as it was in perfect condition when we left the apartment. All of this alongside a terrible attitude from the administrator Angela. In short, BE VERY CAREFUL with this agency, they try to take advantage of the deposit refund, holding the tenant responsible for costs that do not belong to them.

Negative experience: Very fast and efficient when renting the apartment (less so when they charged me twice for rent in one month, but they corrected it). However: I rented a furnished apartment where neither the table nor the sofa bed were functional, and they didn't bother to fix them (except to put some tape on the sofa) even though I pointed it out multiple times along with the handyman in charge of the repairs. Now, they don't bother to raise the rent. When I left the apartment, after only 15 months of renting, they raised it from 690 to 850 monthly. I had to wait a month to get my deposit back, even though the time stated in the contract was two weeks and the exit sheet was empty. That is to say, the apartment was spotless, in better condition than when I moved in. I wrote to them repeatedly to inform me about my deposit, as the deadline had passed. It took them ten weeks to respond, claiming that two bathroom bulbs were broken and changing them cost them about 60 euros, which, of course, they deducted from the deposit, even though the exit sheet specified that the apartment was perfect and those bulbs were not mentioned. In summary, a lack of professionalism and a pathetic treatment from Angela, especially when you leave the apartment in this condition, pay your rent on time, and even leave your keys so they can show it to new tenants when you're not around. For my part, after trying to talk to them several times, I have filed a complaint.
Buenos días, Guillaume,Antes de nada, queremos destacar que has sido un buen inquilino: has cuidado del piso, pagado tus rentas puntualmente y has permitido hacer visitas durante el último mes de contrato, tal y como se indicaba en el mismo, y te lo agradecemos. Aun así queremos responder a tus inquietudes:- En el chequeo que se realiza a la salida del inmueble se revisa el piso para poder confirmar que el mismo está en buen estado, pero hay muchas cosas que no se pueden apreciar en una revisión rápida. Por eso la propiedad tiene 30 días para devolver la fianza, para poder revisar el piso minuciosamente. Como se indicaba en el contrato “La fianza será devuelta al Arrendatario al término del Contrato, en un plazo máximo de 30 días naturales.” Tu marcha del inmueble fue el 23 de noviembre del 2022 y se te devolvió la fianza el 23 de diciembre del 2022. Además, hemos estado verificando tus correos y todos han sido respondidos en menos de 24 h. - En este sentido, la propiedad es quien decide si se debe sustituir el mobiliario o no, nosotros solo hacemos una valoración como administrador de fincas. La propiedad no lo aceptó, así que gestionamos directamente la reparación de este para que fuera lo más funcional posible. - Se descontaron de la fianza la sustitución de dos bombillas. Cuando entraste al piso estas funcionaban y a tu salida estaban fundidas. Como indica tu contrato, “El Arrendatario deberá realizar, a su costa, aquellas pequeñas reparaciones y mantenimiento que exija el desgaste por el uso ordinario del Inmueble, tales como los desperfectos en… elementos propios de las instalaciones de que se encuentra dotada el Inmueble”.- Por último, a nuestro pesar los precios de mercado han subido considerablemente y nosotros no podemos hacer nada al respecto.
