Negative experience: Do not deal with this company. From the beginning, very unprofessional, disastrous management, they even threatened me personally with reporting me for giving my public opinion here. What they don't know is that they committed bribery and if I had wanted to, I could have put them in trouble. Far from wanting to get along with us (since unfortunately our client-buyer relationship was going to be long), they provided absolutely nothing. They do not comply with the contract they themselves sign, now there are problems with the promotional faucets, because they did not consult the client on how the finishes should be. They cling to more durability when it is clear from afar that they do it to cut costs. Don't pay attention to the rating, it is totally manipulated!!! I have (and I am not the only one) countless complaints with this company that would never end. If anyone has reached here reading and has the option to choose another developer, I recommend they choose any other one.

Negative experience: As the owner of several properties. I do not recommend them. They mistreat the main asset, the tenants, 'they call them users.' They charge them expenses and try to take part of the deposit. As well as abusive clauses. My clients are the tenants, if you treat them badly. You do not do good for my business. Zero recommendable to put assets with them.

Negative experience: A lot of marketing and few solutions. I entered convinced and very happy at first, but then when it came time to leave, they found a thousand excuses to take away some of our deposit, a total lack of professionalism. Not to mention the time wasted going through bad moments due to the lack of resolution. They do not take care of their clients, they only look out for the interests of the owners. I do not recommend nor would I use this service again.

Negative experience: They only care when it interests them economically, we are tenants and they have already messed us around a lot with the sale of the apartment we still live in. But they have taken our deposit of no less than 3,000 euros for no reason, beyond ordinary use. They told us they were going to paint the apartment and fix a few things, but neither one nor the other. Neither the owner nor the agency have ever cared to fix anything, and on top of that, they take 3,000 euros of our deposit. Now that the owner is changing and the agency is too, they want to wash their hands and keep that money... In the end, the same people pay, the tenants, and especially if you are young. The real estate sector taking advantage of everything it can and getting rich, in this case, the apartment sold for 700,000, and they surely took a juicy commission.

Pero nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos mencionados en tu comentario:- Tu fianza de 3.000 euros está debidamente depositada en Incasol bajo el número de registro 3818008. Esta cantidad te será reintegrada al finalizar tu contrato de alquiler, siempre que devuelvas la vivienda en las mismas condiciones en las que la recibiste. Así que no hemos retenido esta fianza injustificadamente como apuntas.- Efectivamente, el piso en el que estás de alquiler ha cambiado de propietario. Como sabrás, llegamos a un acuerdo contigo para poder realizar las visitas con potenciales compradores y, en reconocimiento por las molestias, se te descontaron 100€/mes durante cuatro meses, totalizando un descuento de 400€.- La decisión de vender la propiedad fue del propietario inicial. Lamentamos mucho Estefanía lo que comentas. La presión sobre el alquiler es tan grande en Barcelona últimamente que estamos recibiendo entre 130 y 150 peticiones de visita. Es imposible atender a todos y visitar con todos, por eso estamos tomando medidas, como enviar un email explicativo a posteriori a todos los interesados. Tenemos una avalancha de peticiones de tal calibre que nos sobrepasa y aunque no es excusa, estamos todo el equipo haciendo lo posible y más. Es muy frustrante saber que ni siquiera así a veces llegamos... ;C Dinos por favor la vivienda de la que se trata y podremos decirte las acciones que hemos llevado a cabo. Lo que nos extraña mucho es lo que comentas del teléfono, porque tenemos contratado un servicio de centralita que toma nota de todas las llamadas y recados y los redirige al responsable correspondiente. Averiguaremos también qué ha podido pasar ahí. De nuevo, disculpas y esperamos que nos aclares la vivienda de la que se trata para poder darte la explicación oportuna.

Negative experience: I paid a 500 euro deposit to book a flat. My booking request was turned down; which is obviously fine. However, I was only repaid 461 euros because Monapart stated they paid transfer fees to send me back and receive my money. This was stated nowhere in the terms and conditions when I paid this initial 500 euros. Whilst the company did inform me after I had paid about the transfer, they didn’t inform me before I paid my 500 euros which is where I take issue. The emails stated in the reply are true - but this doesn’t negate the fact that before transferring 500 euros, I was never told I may not get all this money back because of transfer fees. I would caution people to double check their chances of renting a flat before they pay this booking fee.
Hola Tia, lamentamos tu reseña negativa y nos sorprende que nos acuses de no haber sido informada porque tenemos pruebas fehacientes de que en repetidos emails (8, 11 y 12 de marzo) se te ha informado puntualmente de que no se te podía devolver el importe íntegro al haber decidido tú operar con un banco fuera de la zona euro, en este caso, desde el Reino Unido, con una empresa española para alquilar una vivienda en España. Concretamente el 11 de marzo a las 10am se te informo textualmente: "Debido a que se trata de una entidad bancaria extranjera, ésta nos aplicó unos gastos de transferencia al recibir y devolver fondos. Estos gastos son aplicados por el banco y están fuera de nuestro control y responsabilidad.Por lo tanto, procederemos a devolverte la reserva, pero deduciremos los gastos de transferencia que nos ha cobrado el banco. Esto significa que recibirás el importe neto después de restar dichos gastos." En Monapart hemos alquilado vivienda a muchísimos extranjeros y por supuesto ellos siempre pueden operar con el banco de su elección, pero asumiendo las comisiones pertinentes (que dicho sea de paso, a todos nos duelen...).

Negative experience: Without a doubt, I have had the worst experiences of my life with Monapart. If you still have time, I recommend seeking other real estate agencies whether to sell, buy, or rent. The worst of the worst. By the way, pay attention to the worst reviews as the best ones are from people without badges. P.S.: This is the level, boasting about winning a lawsuit against a client due to their disastrous management that led to the disconnection of electricity, water, and gas supplies. During the two months I had to live outside the apartment, I had to keep paying the monthly fees, and we did not reach any agreement. In the end, we went to court, where since they had the invoices and I did not, I was unable to make the changes of ownership of the supplies, which the previous tenant had canceled. A matter that the judge did not see as an indication of guilt, since the real estate agency had the bills and never sent them to me. By the way, the issue of the deposit deserves another chapter, for that reason, I do not recommend you and invite you to look for another real estate agency with more honesty. We all know how Spanish justice is in Catalonia... It is true, I lost the lawsuit and I take responsibility, but the problem arose because the electricity, water, and gas suppliers wouldn't allow the change without the letters, which you had because the previous tenant took them out of the mailbox and asked you to make me pay. I would have paid the bills without issues, but as I requested them and you did not send them to me, I ended up without electricity, water, and gas for two months because of you. Y en este mismo sentido también muy claro el email enviado por el propio inquilino (tú) en fecha 20 de noviembre de 2018 (dos meses después de la firma del contrato), en el que reconoce su obligación de cambio de titularidad y no haberlo efectuado."La demanda fue desestimada íntegramente y además se te condenó al pago de las costas... Entendemos que es mucho más fácil difamarnos públicamente que asumir con humildad tu error y acatar lo dicho en tribunales. En fin.

Hola Mylo, lamentamos de verdad que te sientas así, pero no está justificado que por tu mala experiencia, califiques a toda una empresa de forma tan dura y horrible. Y además cuando es notorio por nuestras reseñas en Google que los clientes reconocen nuestra calidad y buen trabajo. No es la mala reseña lo que nos duele (que también, aunque las críticas siempre evidencian oportunidad de mejora y por eso, te damos las gracias).Lo que duele es lo calumnioso de tus palabras y que tal y como lo cuentas, parece que nunca fuiste informada, y que nos ganamos la vida quedándonos los 500€ de los depósitos... ¿De veras crees que una empresa de servicios con más de 13 años de trayectoria y con nuestra reputación se gana la vida así? Nadie es infalible, tampoco tú. Imagínate que uno de tus pacientes no quedara contento y de dejara una reseña en Google llamándote estafador... Te dolería, ¿no? A veces las cosas salen mal aún cuando nos empeñamos siempre en que salgan bien.Según hemos podido comprobar, cuando mostraste interés en la vivienda en alquiler y pusimos en marcha el proceso de candidatura, se te informó con todo detalle por email el día 14 de junio. En ese email se te informa exactamente que:"Uno de los pasos para presentar tu candidatura es realizar un depósito de 500€ por transferencia como prueba principal frente a la propiedad de que tu interés en la vivienda es real y se convertirá en la garantía de reserva una vez el propietario haya aceptado tu propuesta de alquiler (no antes). - Si el propietario aprueba tu solicitud, procederemos a formalizar el contrato de alquiler y el depósito de 500€ te será descontado de los importes a abonar el día de la firma. - Si el propietario aprueba tu solicitud pero tú no quieres seguir con el proceso perderás el importe depositado.- Si el propietario rechaza tu solicitud, te devolveremos el depósito en un máximo de 5 días hábiles a partir del momento en el que se te comunique la decisión por parte de la propiedad."Tenemos constancia fehaciente de que ha habido una comunicación constante contigo y con tu pareja. El día 21 se os confirma la aceptación por parte de la propiedad y de que podemos proceder con la firma del contrato. El 23 de junio recibimos un whatsapp donde nos decís: "Hola, hemos encontrado otro piso por lo que retiramos nuestro interés en este y no continuaremos con el proceso de alquiler. Saludos."Cierto que todo tomó un poco más de tiempo de lo habitual y por causas ajenas a nosotros. Estos meses son especialmente complicados en un contexto de alquiler en Barcelona que ya de por sí es tremebundo.

Maite nos confirma que recibió una avalancha inesperada de peticiones de interesados por ese piso y a pesar de todos los esfuerzos (muchísimos) que ha puesto para mantener a todo el mundo informado, parece ser que no ha sido suficiente. Es un contexto de mercado altamente difícil, seguro que lo sabéis.La reseña de una estrella de JGV la entendemos, pero no entendemos también la tuya, que haces en representación y que nos penaliza dos veces a un equipo que pone el alma en lo que hace. Esperamos que en tu día a día no te encuentres nunca con nadie que te mida de forma tan dura como haces tú con nosotros. Todo nos iría mucho mejor a todos, ¿no crees?

Negative experience: WARNING. I am a former tenant of an apartment I rented through them, and during the acquisition, everything was perfect, but when it came time to end the contract, they illegitimately withheld my deposit for longer than allowed by law. At no time did they facilitate contact with the owner, and when I made complaints, they treated me poorly and then ignored me. Mr. Javier Alvarez is the agent in question. What I am trying to describe is that they treat you very well when you are their client, and then everything is the opposite, even violating the law and the contract. They take advantage of the lack of resources of the users. I have already filed a complaint with Incasol and I will soon contact the real estate agents' association, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND hiring through them.
Hola Flavio, lamentamos mucho que te sientas disgustado, pero todo el problema se ha desencadenado porque al dejar el piso de alquiler, diste de baja el contador de la luz en lugar de esperar a un simple cambio de nombre, siguiendo las instrucciones indicadas por contrato. El inquilino debe revolver la vivienda en el mismo estado en el que se le entregó, es decir, con todos los suministros dados de alta. Al dar de baja la luz, el propietario ha perdido dos semanas para hacer todos los trámites y darla de alta de nuevo, incurriendo en un gasto inesperado de 280€ y dos semanas perdidas de alquiler porque no podía entregar la vivienda sin luz al nuevo inquilino. Como intermediarios, sabes que en Monapart llevamos días mediando entre tú y el propietario, intentando llevar la situación a buen puerto pero al final no os habéis puesto de acuerdo. Y además, salimos nosotros malparados con tu reseña de una estrella que nos penaliza a todo el equipo y que consideramos del todo injusta. La fianza ya se te ha devuelto hace días y el breve retraso en su devolución se ha debido a todo lo expuesto.
