Negative experience: The other day, someone rang my intercom under the pretext of delivering a letter to another apartment, claiming that they weren't home. Given how the neighborhood is, I didn't open the door. A neighbor opened, and I was able to see on the cameras how this person entered and distributed letters in all the mailboxes. This Saloua presents herself as honest and responsible. Well, we are off to a good start. I am currently selling my apartment and looking to buy one. They already have a potential client who will never be. I am sure their real estate agency is very serious, so I advise them to look closely at whom they hire. If this lady had come back in the morning and given it to the concierge, I assure you I would be interested in contacting you.

Negative experience: They do not call or message you back when you’re interested in their properties. I called and messaged them right when one was listed. I followed up, heard nothing. Very frustrating company.

Negative experience: I was interested in renting an apartment with my husband, we sent all the documentation, cover letter, etc., but they were not transparent from the beginning. On Friday we said that we wanted to rent it and sent all the documentation. But they told us they would have second visits on Monday, when we wanted to book it that same day. Despite that, with no alternative, we went back on Monday, but then we were told that other people had made the reservation on the same Monday. They could have been transparent from the beginning and not made us wait and get hopes up for no reason. A lot of 'ethical and transparent real estate' is more of a slogan than anything else.

Van ajudar la nova llogatera a personalitzar el pis (amb el meu consentiment), de manera que ella està molt contenta, i jo també. La comunicació amb l'agència sempre ha estat fluida i molt correcta.
