He did not call me. In the afternoon, when I returned to the office in person, a girl attended to me and told me that the apartment was already reserved. I had also written a WhatsApp to Federico expressing my interest and waiting for his response for the visit. He replied the next day confirming that the apartment was already reserved. I expressed my annoyance at how things had happened, and not even an apology. I don't think it is good conduct. The impression I got is that he cares little about the tenant.

Negative experience: This is my edited review after two years of contract in an apartment managed by the agency (owner in another country). Everything was fine before and during the signing of the contract. Unfortunately, they didn't handle the problems well: windows to be changed from which water came in on rainy days.... Never changed. Not to mention the lies at the time of closing the contract: they told me that the owner needed the apartment for a family member, and instead a month later I see the ad online again... It makes me wonder: didn't they do this to collect agency fees again, which by renewing my contract they would not have collected? Also, communication completely to be reviewed. In two words, on average with other agencies in the city whose level is very low. They basically don't need to work well due to extreme demand.

I've caught him live lying to me twice, one time I was right in front of him talking on the phone and he didn't even notice. Honesty zero, it's all tricks and lies. Edited after the company's response: I mention Federico so as not to name the agency since I understand that it wouldn't be entirely fair, but now I see that you are all made of the same material... Now, I mention Federico with all the reason on my side. You can criticize the little visibility of my profile, which I don't see how it relates to the truthfulness of what I'm commenting, and call him fake (?). I don't care. Federico talked to me on the phone without knowing I was physically watching him - he was trying to reschedule a visit that he canceled 10 minutes before the meeting time!! The fact that he canceled with such little notice led to me already being in the area when the visit was canceled. During that call, while I saw him open the door to the property, he was telling me that he still didn't have keys and that he was going to meet with the owner that afternoon and would keep me posted. In all this, without knowing that I had just caught him, Federico starts another call with another poor unsuspecting client. As I approach him, I still hear him lying to that person too. Don’t come with such arrogance, people aren’t stupid, mate. There are good agencies in this city, places where fortunately honest people work, people you can trust, who at least do their job. You are not among them. This is your fault, not clients like me. Work less badly and you will have fewer bad reviews.
