Negative experience: Definitivamente, vivimos un mundo en el que la atención al cliente queda cada vez más en el olvido y predomina la indiferencia, la falta de cortesía, e incluso, la falta de profesionalidad frente al cliente, cuando este resulta a su vez, la principal fuente de ingresos de cualquier negocio. A lo largo de mi corta experiencia personal, debo atribuir a Manuel la peor experiencia vivida en relación al servicio ofrecido por un agente inmobiliario. Advertida una vivienda en alquiler a las 22-23h, se le llamó a primera hora de la mañana del día siguiente para solicitar una cita para visitar el inmueble en cuestión, haciéndole saber que yo era de fuera de Barcelona y me desplazaba exclusivamente para visitarla, garantizando que me predisponía a alquilar la vivienda con una seguridad del 100% (pues ya conocía el edificio). Así pues, emplazado al mismo día por la tarde, llegué a la puerta del edificio para conocer que la vivienda se había alquilado justo en la visita anterior. Mi descontento no es por perder la vivienda. Pues son gajes del oficio, y quien llega primero, tiene mejor derecho. Sino que viene motivada por la falta de profesionalidad y cortesía de Manuel, ya que ni siquiera llamó para advertir-me que el piso ya había sido arrendado, y esperar a que me personara en la puerta del edificio, perdiendo mi tiempo, como sí no hubiera más que hacer. No logro entender como hay agentes inmobiliarios que sobrevivan a este negocio tan duro actuando con tal falta de profesionalidad y con esa soberbia. Con una llamada para comunicarme que el piso había sido arrendado o unas simples disculpas por no haberlo hecho habría bastado.
