Negative experience: I do not recommend it, terrible

Negative experience: As professionals, they leave a lot to be desired, and as people, that's another issue... They tried to ruin the sale by showing the apartment I was going to buy to other people without the owner's consent. They suggested that after I had already given the deposit to the owner, I should not apply that money to the mortgage in case someone came along and they could sell it for a higher price... They started shouting at her, disrespecting her, and making comments disrespecting me... In short, if anyone is thinking about selling or buying there, I advise you to look at the number of bad reviews and go elsewhere because this is just a summary of everything they caused: pressure, unease, nervousness... etc. What should have been a happy day, they turned sour, but in the end, they were the ones who left bitter.

Negative experience: 0 transparency throughout the management, you agree on fees and then they charge you whatever they want. If you want to have problems and be scammed, count on this real estate agency.

Negative experience: I went to see an apartment with my parents and Enrique. The apartment was very dirty, and he told us it was normal because they were painting it and that it would be clean by the time I moved in. Upon entering, the apartment was dirtier than before; I spent more than five hours cleaning everything. A year enduring and living amidst DIRTYNESS with two roommates who found it normal to live like that. Through messages I sent to the owner (who hardly paid attention to me), and weeks before leaving that apartment, I wrote to Enrique to discuss everything I had to go through living in that apartment, as if it were a dump. He left me on read, and to this day, I am still waiting for him to respond. As a sales representative of his terrible job and as a person who should understand my situation and know how I have been living for a year, I still do not recommend either his real estate agency or Enrique attending to you. Terrible service and lack of professionalism. One star? Seems too much to me; they deserve a lower rating. They only know how to extend their hand to take money and then ignore you.

Negative experience: Reviews speak more than I can, although I would like to share my experience with this real estate agency and with this gentleman representing it. I scheduled an appointment with him to see an apartment, and he arrived 20 minutes late to the meeting. Punctuality is key for any business and a sign of respect ('Can it happen? Leave a little earlier'). After literally calling 30 times, this gentleman tells me that they need to see more interested people. When I said I was very interested and would take it, great! Well, I'm still waiting for a response from this gentleman after calling another 20 times. Unpunctual company, unprofessional, incompetent. I have been to the store several times and it was closed. Not recommended at all.

Negative experience: Once upon a time, there was a real estate agent named Enrique who invented the biggest lie of his life to avoid disappointing us. We were interested in a property that he showed us, and the next day we made an offer. At first, he didn’t respond until the evening, then he told me we had to wait for the simple note and that he would contact us. If we didn’t call him, we’re still waiting. When we called him, he spun the story that he had been very busy and that almost his house was taken away by the wind, as if he had to share his life story with us. That evening he surprised us by calling to say that the owner no longer wants to sell the apartment. What a coincidence, right? What a professional customer service, YES SIR, bravo. Maybe working in a theater would be great for him.

Negative experience: They don't respond to your messages or update you about anything.

Negative experience: They are shameless, they do not keep their word, nor do they call you to inform you of anything. It is impossible to schedule an appointment to see an apartment. When you finally manage to do so, the unprofessionalism is incredible and the service is appalling, they have a great lack of experience in the sector. It has all been very disastrous...

Negative experience: THE TREATMENT AND COMMITMENT TOWARDS US HAS BEEN COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. My partner and I went to see a property with ENRIQUE, we liked it, we let him know and talked to him to make an offer to the owners, which was agreed upon. He promised to send us the deposit contract, which never arrived. On Monday, we spent the whole morning calling him to send us the documentation and to formalize it, without getting any response from him. In the afternoon, we managed to contact him after calling him numerous times, and he told us that he had already sold the apartment to other owners. The conclusion we draw from this is THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS WORKER. Therefore, if the purchase or sale of your property depends on him, I do not advise leaving it in his hands. TERRIBLE WORKER.

Negative experience: They charged us 3000+VAT for a property with 6 heirs in total. They had the nerve to divide that amount by 6 and then add VAT to each of the 6!! Bad practice, don't trust them! I put it in the hands of a lawyer. There is a transparency code in real estate. Here, it has been violated.

Negative experience: He vendido una propiedad con esta inmobiliaria en Mayo de 2022. Después de pagar puntualmente la factura de sus honorarios, me encuentro que no han hecho los servicios cobrados. Estamos a 30 de Octubre de 2022 y todavía no han cambiado los recibos de suministros que se suponía que harían. Tampoco me han liberado la provisión de fondos. Lo peor de todo es que no contestan a las llamadas ni a los mensajes. No me ha quedado más remedio que poner el asunto en manos de unos abogados. Una lástima que se tenga que llegar a estos extremos. Como es lógico no recomiendo esta inmobiliaria ni a mi peor enemigo.

Negative experience: He tardado bastante en escribir, porque me lo he pensado muy y mucho, pero he decir que no son nada profesionales juegan con los sentimientos de las personas y encima cuando ya tienen todas tus ilusiones puestas en una vivienda de la noche a la mañana desaparecen menos mal, que nos les di ni un € y como trato personal pésimo ahhh y los llamamos por teléfono y ni te conocían escribiría muchas cosas más que nos han comentado y lo peor de todo a día de hoy, no se que es lo que ha pasado con esa vivienda que supuestamente era nuestra si o si.
