Negative experience: This real estate agency is unprofessional. My parents are elderly and wanted to see an apartment, but they did not provide the exact location even after scheduling a visit. They set an appointment for us today at 12:15-12:30, and the person in charge of this agency didn't show up until 12:50 because they had other visits to attend to before ours. Obviously, we left without seeing the apartment. One should not play with people's time or deceive them. And just because people are older doesn't mean they are foolish. Terrible experience.

Negative experience: We had to claim for 3 months the money that was ours and he decided to withhold. Besides being the landlord himself and not informing us, and a few other things that are better left unsaid here, hoping that his ethics and the license number he boasts about will serve for something again.

Negative experience: I feel scammed... I rented an apartment that even had dog pee on the curtains, the shower drain was incredibly clogged, and the toilet I had to clean with white stone because the dirt wouldn't come off, dog vomit, greasy cupboards, disgusting oven and microwave. I remember when I was handed the apartment, I asked what he wanted me to do, and he told me to clean it!! I've never lived through something like this... I left early and he had the audacity to charge me €93 for breach of contract, when I could have gone to a hotel and sent them the hotel bill while they cleaned the apartment... and on top of that, he said he would pay me the rest of the deposit, meaning he won't even give it to me.... Just as it sounds. There are more real estate agencies in Ávila that function better, like Inmoavila, don't go to this one.
