Fantastic experience: Good experience.

Negative experience: A customer service that is worse than regrettable; they don't respond by email, nor by phone, and when they do respond, they refer you to other people who don't answer. They have apartments listed on portals like Idealista for rent, and when you manage to contact them after weeks, they tell you that those apartments are rented.

Positive experience: I made a phone inquiry. They assisted me correctly, but when I explained what I wanted, they bluntly told me that nothing could be done. I was requesting a short-term rental (4 months), and being leaders in apartments, I was quite disappointed.

Negative experience: I sent the documentation they requested and they haven't even bothered to respond. What a lack of professionalism.
