Negative experience: Terrible experience. It was so bad that we finally declined the signing when everything was closed. From the beginning, contradictions and lies were passed on to the owners and us, which eventually came to light. But the worst part was the lack of respect. I will only provide one example of the level of the lady to whom all the reviews for the company are directed (I wonder if there aren't more salespeople in the company). When I asked her if she knew the neighborhood we were going to enter, in case there were any previous issues, her response was 'what do you care about what the neighbors in the block are like if the ones causing problems are those of you with children.' And this is just one detail of all the insults we received during the negotiation. The owners should be grateful to this company, specifically to the great work of the employees involved in my case, that it ultimately didn't happen. Good luck to those who trust them.

Negative experience: Vergonzoso trato al comprador. Increíble que te felicite por la buena compra que vas a hacer pero te dé largas para enviarte el contrato de arras durante 3 días; al cuarto día siga sin dar señales, la llamas y te cambia las condiciones de compra; al quinto día, cuando has tomado la dura decisión de aceptar las nuevas condiciones... te dice que "es que hay otra familia que lo va a firmar" y que "es que lo dijeron a la vez que vosotros". Increíble que te tenga 5 días con la ilusión de que ya vas a firmar tu casa para jugártela al final y con la caradura de decir: "es que los compradores os creéis que sois los únicos interesados". ¿Perdona? si me felicitaste por la compra, estaba todo apalabrado y no me informaste de que había alguien más que había pedido firmar arras. Así no se hacen las cosas Mayte.
