Negative experience: A complete disgrace! Miguel was the agent who assisted me, I felt deceived by his lack of professionalism, principles, and empathy. The deposit contract he prepared for me was not valid for applying for a mortgage (that's what the banks told me); it was missing many clauses, with part written in pen, without detailing the house's square meters or the payment method. He made me send a bizum to his wife and a transfer directly to the seller of the house, in addition, he asked me for €4,000 in fees, and he did not put the contract subject to financing, they didn't even provide the simple note or the energy certificate, the real estate agency's details do not appear anywhere, etc... A complete mess and a shoddy job! If you are thinking of buying with them, run away; they shouldn't play with your money or your dreams as they did with me...

Negative experience: I do not recommend it at all. The owner, Jesús, is not professional. He omits relevant information to both buyers and sellers, which often leads to additional costs later and misunderstandings. Besides this, he tells you one thing before the sale, purely and solely to sell, only to later go back on what was agreed and wash his hands once he has collected his commission, of course. That said, be very careful and it is not advisable at all.

Negative experience: I don't know what this real estate agency does, because with the terrible treatment they give to clients they won't sell many houses. The worst real estate agency by far, and I know quite a few.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. You call and contact them via WhatsApp for days to ask about a property and they don't answer. I am still waiting after two weeks (and calling them every day, but no one bothers to answer). The listings on their website are not updated and many are already sold but they still show up. The owner is a disgrace.

Negative experience: Pésimo trato al cliente. Llamas y contactas por WhatsApp durante días para que te cuenten sobre una vivienda y no contestan. Aún sigo esperando desde hace dos semanas (y llamándoles todos los días, pero nadie se digna a contestar). Los pisos de su web no están actualizados y muchos están ya vendidos pero ahí siguen estando. El dueño es un impresentable.

Fantastic experience: Es gente muy amable y profesional. No es la primera vez que he podido contar con sus servicios y siempre es un placer poder contar con ellos. Una experiencia muy enriquecedora.
